They had only 16k followers as of under a year ago, but now has 108358. Their account has grown by 91625, in 221 days, or 415 followers a day, every day, nonstop. Someone's buying followers.


Comparing their engagement to back in november, they have actually had LESS interactions, putting them into the bottom rung for user engagement on twitter. They have followers, but less and less people interact with their tweets, and more people just sit and follow.



Since the beginning of the month, these are all the tweets. Almost all of them will have little to no traction, but then suddenly one will shoot up in popularity out of nowhere. Probably seeking drama and fighting to gain some relevance that mathematically isn't there.


And going through the last 100 tweets, one or two comments to random people but they keep obsessing with TheQuartering like they had a bad breakup. It reeks of clout chasing, and didn't even register on the graph above for today.

I don't know what other conclusion to come to besides keffals is irrelevant unless they're stirring up drama.

Looks like he changed the handle of one of his alts, @Hiccorino. According to one comment this used to be the gimmick account "People Falling for Obvious Bait," so your guess looks to be correct. I originally assumed the followers were botted because it's Keffals, but given how quickly gimmick accounts grow, there was probably some amount of botting before Keffals acquired the account. I noticed that a bit earlier, too. Lucas seems to have bought or been gifted it by whoever previously ran the account. The person presumably got tired of running a gimmick account.

I remember seeing the account on my timeline and the account was fairly popular, so I don't really think much botting, if any, was used in boosting this account. Look at the archives, it had a fair amount of super successful tweets, so it wouldn't be that hard to amass a big following.
