For anyone who doesn't know, you're not supposed to separate puppies from their mother before the 8 week mark. 6 weeks is the puppy mill standard.

You have to hand it to the surgeon, this guy has very strong male features, and he softened them up a bit, but the whole surgery is a very expensive grift, sold to people with impossibly high, unrealistic expectations of the outcome.

Yeah, credit where it’s due, this is the first FFS where I’ve actually been able to easily tell which one is “before” and which is “after”.

I feel kind of bad for this lad. He really doesn't look terrible. I've got actual women friends who look more horsey. But he has been sold a fantasy if he thinks 99% of straight men are ever going to date any transwoman. I don't post these but every so often on phallo you get people asking very dumb questions like if their phallus can get an erection naturally, get bigger when horny, get random erections. A lot of these TiFs are really sold on the idea that it's a real working penis.

Especially the ones that don't do the research or get into the subreddits, facebook groups, etc. Like god imagine only hearing about phallo from the surgeons websites and by word of mouth. Those TiFs would be in for a shock.
