Draft is complete dogshit.Did people have the right to not send their bodies over to Vietnam in the 1960s? "Right to your body" is a meaningless and disingenuous phrase.
Your question has already been answered. I just told you it would violate the Constitution. You still didn't answer the question.
You spent more time and effort justifying not showing analogous examples than it would have taken to actually show analogous examples. You'll just declare whatever jurisdiction I bring up to be a "libshit" or "RHINO" jurisdiction.
If the right to privacy mattered so much to Dems, they’d be against vaccine passports. It isn’t the vaccine, so much as using the passport as a tracking device and as a method to limit movement. It'd be great, we'd actually get some kind of abortion discussion rooted in existing legal protections instead of some nebulous "right to privacy" that the entire legal profession couldn't pretend was legitimate.
Dozens of white people were mowed down in a racial motivated terror attack in Wisconsin and the nigger that did it is getting the insanity defense. A white girl was tortured to death in North Dakota by an illegal Liberian immigrant and he's getting the insanity defense even though both expressed clear intent and prior planning. And conservatives aren't doing fuck all about it. They won't even acknowledge that white people exist.
You aren't answering the question. If McConnell tries to push for a nation-wide abortion ban, will you be upset about it?>Supreme courts deem abortion a states issue because they're constitution autists
>Seethe about the turtle man trying to ban it federally
>Cope and seethes harder ignoring that the bill is going to get slapped down by the constitution autists every time
>Cums and cries harder when question is answered.
Your Republicans are trying to ban birth control next, by the way. At least Thomas opened the door for it and Louisiana is trying to start that next. And I have rights over my own reproductive organs. You, however, do not. So your rights aren't just fine.My rights are fine. I’m all for easy access to more birth control to make it so less women have to even think about getting abortions. I’m also for voluntary sterilizations. Really, a 12-15 week limit for abortion is more than fair, unless it’s for certain exceptions like the endangerment of the mother.
They did after the draft was eliminated. I don't know if you know this, but it hasn't been the 60s in over 50 years.Did people have the right to not send their bodies over to Vietnam in the 1960s? "Right to your body" is a meaningless and disingenuous phrase.
You did NOT answer it. Would you, personally, be upset about that if McConnell did it? You refuse to answer that. Gee, I wonder why that is? The answer is because you don't care about states rights, you just want to ban abortion and this is the first step and hide behind it with "MAH STATES RIGHTS" like all ashamed Republicans doYour question has already been answered. I just told you it would violate the Constitution.
You should probably stop bringing other people's education into question, you seem to be projecting.
Those are black people getting away with murdering white people. Not white people being prosecuted for defending themselves against black people.Dozens of white people were mowed down in a racial motivated terror attack in Wisconsin and the nigger that did it is getting the insanity defense. A white girl was tortured to death in North Dakota by an illegal Liberian immigrant and he's getting the insanity defense even though both expressed clear intent and prior planning. And conservatives aren't doing fuck all about it. They won't even acknowledge that white people exist.
Just asking questions, but the questions are always bizarre extrapolations of what they heard on TV.They're attacking you over what they ignorantly assume is constitutionally protected rights being taken away or just asking questions about what's going on back in you're ancestral lands kemosabe?
I doubt many states would be on board with that to begin with. The chances of birth control being outlawed in any state are slim to none. This is a non issue.Your Republicans are trying to ban birth control next, by the way. At least Thomas opened the door for it and Louisiana is trying to start that next. And I have rights over my own reproductive organs. You, however, do not. So your rights aren't just fine.
At least we can agree on something. That being said, I'd say a 16 week ban is a fair compromise (with same limitations like you said). 4 months in is pretty far.
There isn't an active draft. but I and almost every able bodied man over 18 in the US is registered with the selective service system as we speak. I even have a card to prove it. "Right to muh body" isn't a legally valid argument against it or abortion restrictions. They did after the draft was eliminated. I don't know if you know this, but it hasn't been the 60s in over 50 years.
Oh I guess that makes it okay then. In Michican a pregnant woman pulled her CCW on two Nigresses trying to beat her and was charged with assault. She and he husband lost their jobs. Those are black people getting away with murdering white people. Not white people being prosecuted for defending themselves against black people.
Its not abolished. Its held in complete limbo for "Emergencies"They did after the draft was eliminated. I don't know if you know this, but it hasn't been the 60s in over 50 years.
You'd be surprised. A lot of Republicans would go along with it to please their evangelical base.I doubt many states would be on board with that to begin with. The chances of birth control being outlawed in any state are slim to none. This is a non issue.
The government cannot force you to donate organs, but now they can force you to give up your uterus. That's pretty shitty if you ask me. A corpse has more bodily autonomy than a woman does. There isn't an active draft. but I and almost every able bodied man over 18 in the US is registered with the selective service system as we speak. Link?Oh I guess that makes it okay then. In Michican a pregnant woman pulled her CCW on two Nigresses trying to beat her and was charged with assault. She and he husband lost their jobs.
I'll be extremely interested in seeing where the pro-life trigger laws are in, say 5 years. You've called me over-optimistic before, and perhaps that's warranted, but I really don't see most of the extreme trigger laws surviving the next two election cycles. The government cannot force you to donate organs, but now they can force you to give up your uterus. That's pretty shitty if you ask me. A corpse has more bodily autonomy than a woman does.
Yes I would, he would be overstepping boundaries and trying to pass a mandate from heaven like Obamacare, the U.S. government was always meant to be small and decentralized with an emphasis on State autonomy, not an edict passing authoritarian autocracy. You did NOT answer it. Would you, personally, be upset about that if McConnell did it?
Outside of trad Catholics, I don’t really see many against birth control. Maybe some companies might restrict paying for birth control for their employees, but that doesn’t prevent you from getting it on your own. I’d be fully okay with subsidizing IUDs and other forms of birth control for women on welfare/low income if it means less strain on the welfare system. Kids are more expensive than birth control. You'd be surprised. A lot of Republicans would go along with it to please their evangelical base.
>Detroit
I'm sure you'll end up blaming the pregnant white woman.
