From what I remember, the website was made in around 2008 by a woman who had adverse side effects after taking it her for endometriosis. It's been a long time, so my perspective might be skewed, but I remember gradually more and more topics of conversation on TiA being banned. I remember leaving the subreddit around 2015 or so when discussion of 'current political events' were banned, starting with Mike Brown. I thought that was strict then, and that was 7 years ago. Reddit accounts are disposable, so basic opsec is all you need to have a clean account for hobby and interest subs if you want to avoid the risk that they'll get unwanted Bardfinn attention if you use an account you've been openly GC on. And it's a pretty great place to find cat pictures if Tumblr and IG aren't places you like to browse. Honestly, Reddit is best when you use it to look at cute animals and aggressively avoid every other aspect of the site.

I just wanted to add my own two cents because it's probably the best argument against bathroom bans, but it's still quite weak. First of all, she's scowling and trying her best to look out-of-place in the ladies', but it looks like she's about the same height as that stooped grandma behind her, way less scary than some 6'2" TiM in a frilly dress. Secondly, even if she was as intimidating as a real man, there are far less scary TiFs than scary TiMs, so even if these bans do force her into the woman's room the total number of scary men (and men-like creatures) in the women's room would go down.

But most importantly, the reason that these laws are being enacted is because of the trannies acting in bad faith (or who are genuinely and dangerously clueless) who took advantage of the honor system. In the unlikely event that a tranny actually passed as their desired sex they would just go to that bathroom, not because they wanted to, but because it was the most logical place for them to go. But massive brickhons noticed that their "passing" friends were going into the women's room and they wanted in, and since society had indulged in their delusion that they were women in the first place it was hard to tell them "no". We wouldn't need to kick women like this (who may be delusional but at least put in the work to not stand out in the men's room; I can't help but feel that all the bathroom selfies she's taking are a bit narcissistic) out of the men's room if it wasn't for this

This may be borderline heresy in this thread, but I am less and less convinced in the accuracy of Blanchard's typology every time I see one of these obvious gay TiMs with an exhibitionist fetish. They are so goddamn similar to transbian AGPs, but also damn similar to HSTS. I know that there's a lot more than the basic "transbians are straight men who misdirect their attraction towards women onto themselves; homosexual transsexual men are (tautologically) HSTS" simplification, but at this point I think that a lot of transbians aren't even attracted to women at all and HSTS don't seem to exactly mirror normal gay men, or even the dumb, twinky gay men.
