I've never seen a woman in the men's room, but I imagine when and if it does happen she's not cute about it and rather is probably quite on edge for the exact same reason as when men in dresses come into the women's bathroom.

I don't think that will happen here. The current blockers + HRT regimen being promoted in the West is based almost entirely on the idea of a better appearance as an adult, and I don't see that changing. Its most fervent support comes from autogynephiles (who are vicariously living out a fantasy that they could have been beautiful women if only they'd been treated early enough) and their supporters.
But in some crazier countries that overvalue Olympic sports as a matter of national pride, it wouldn't surprise me. Conceivably you could avoid the damage caused by blockers by castration before puberty, followed by cross-sex hormones immediately with no blockers at all.
Not saying it would work, but why not try? Any human rights complaints about it won't go anywhere, because we in the democratic West have made it clear that it is now acceptable to fuck around with kids' hormones.
It's amazing, isn't it? It reminds me a little of how when the human brain isn't receiving any visual input it will gradually go crazy and start producing visual hallucinations, just to fill in the blank space. Troon brains can't accept the obvious answers behind what is happening (normal people don't want transwomen in women's sports, because transwomen are not women, and it's unfair), so they come up with increasingly unhinged hallucinatory answers to fill in the gap:
That's why this is happening: poor innocent transwomen are simply being randomly exterminated on the road to fascism! Late but as a fellow Zoomer (albeit one on the border of zoomer-millennial) I genuinely believe that in the next few years when younger zoomers grow up society is going to have the biggest divide on troonism yet to be seen in the 21st century. Everyone is gonna be either too deep in the cult to go back or a vocal dissenter. I’ve never seen as many zoomer TRA defectors as now, it feels like the radfem community especially is either teenagers or 30-something year old women, no in-between. Fascism and socialism aren't really ideologically related, but they do often arise in the same environment. Fascism is, by it's very nature, a vague and amorphous ideology that can take on whatever characteristics it needs to in service of propagating itself, and so you get strains of fascism that take on socialist qualities.
Given this vague and ever changing nature, it's really no surprise it's the perfect boogeyman for just about any ideology: fascism can be whatever you want it to be, whenever you want it to be. And if you need it to embody everything you hate, it can be that.
Ironically, gender ideology itself has a lot of fascist characteristics. Fascism is essentially just an ideology that enforces a set of aesthetic ideals through brutal authoritarianism, and that aesthetic can be anything. The trannies have a certain aesthetic of gender that they wish to enforce on the world, and they attempt to do this through authoritarian means. I'd say they were projecting when they accuse people of being fascists, but I think they legitimately don't know what fascism is.

Speaking of castrati, I am a bit concerned that there are musical geek parents out there who would consider this as a way to turn their musically inclined sons into castrati.
All these troons on antidepressants and antipsychotics also makes it more likely they will become obese, aside from the estrogen and other synthetic hormones they take. The obesity will make them feel more dysphoric, which will make them chase the "feminization" treatments even more. Vicious cycle. I could imagine it's horrible for FtM as well-- testosterone often makes acne flare up, for example. Anyone who's suffered from acne long-term will tell you it's a confidence-killer.
So much of this phenomenon reminds me of anorexia when I was a teen. Girls were constantly bombarded with images of anorexic and unusually tall "super models" when I was a teenager. This was a few decades ago-- back when ugly crossdressers weren't celebrated.
Many of us developed some kind of eating disorder, because an unrealistic expectation was heralded as "the ideal female". Try to be as thin as a super model when you are 5'3"-- you literally have to get down to 90lbs to have those kinds of measurements that catwalk models do-- 32-22-32.
Come to modern times, and teenagers are constantly exposing themselves to porn. Porn and mass media often depicts men as cut, hairless, sharp-featured, and extremely well hung. We have boys feeling insecure because they are comparing themselves to unusually hung men. I wonder how many of these boys are ripe for troon propaganda because they feel they can't measure up to "porn Chad". They figure they'd make better women, "because women have it so easy", the internet tells them.
Anorexia and troonism involve self mutilation. Anorexia includes starvation, often coincides with cutting, and many anorexics also have a fascination with obtaining plastic surgery to make themselves look "thinner". Anorexics chase an unrealistic dream of "perfection". Troonism involves dangerous chemical drugs, self mutilation, plastic surgery, and chasing an unrealistic dream of "perfection".
