Just imagine providing life saving care and still making this all about you and your need for validation. Paramedics have always received abuse, they shouldn't but they do. And likely the only reason "Steph" here is on this post is because the "verbal abuse" he's facing is the violent misgendering that leads to actual genocide.

Kinda funny how when I was in wilderness first responder training, we were told to expect severely injured but still conscious patients to reject our care, or reject care for their children just due to how the brain can misfire under extreme stress and blood loss. How you are pretty much required to wait for that person to become unresponsive or unintelligible to begin providing life saving care. And how we had to remember that if the child then died in our hands we did what we could and to try and not let the guilt haunt us cause consent is more important.

I think the frankenpeens are worse than the frankenpussy. The amholes vaguely look like vaginas, but the ampeens just look like uncooked sausages.

I think this is it. There's no indication what body part it's supposed to be, so it just makes me go meh instead of ew.

The place(s) where the skin was removed to make the sausage makes me go ew. That's straight up body horror. And women do it willingly to themselves. I think that might be the worst part of.
