This is such a common trend among troons. They claim its to recapture lost years stolen from them but I interpret it as immaturity and stunted growth. The few Mtf troons I have met all behave childlike, obsessed with toys and children's media. One of them I know kept making Disney references in the workplace.

They can’t stop showing how out of touch they are with real women. There are women who split the check or pay for dinner sometimes. Some women pay every time if they’re dating a bum. If your both “women”, either way a “woman” is paying.
Women friends can help each other move heavy things, or maybe it’s a shitty friend if they expect “hours” or free manual labor. More women than men put up with shitty friends. They are totally oblivious to the social muck women have to navigate through, they really tell themselves every woman lives like a Disney Princess.

This person is clearly in extreme pain, but the insane obsession being confessed here disgust even others troons and as a result he gets very little sympathy. Like, this comment is actually mean:

The thing is, what tossmeawayinthetrashh is confessing here is just a very honest version of other things that have been admitted on those subs. There's a thousand post about being jealous of their sisters or getting suicidal thoughts from watching elegant women ... we know they want to wear those women, even if they are not articulating that desire literally.
At least Toss is not acting on anything, not like the thousands of panty snitchers. The fact that this message demonstrates some awareness makes me think the co-worker isn't in any immediate danger, actually.
They are experiencing an extreme level of self-hate, and has a fantasy about escaping into that co-worker, because she is beautiful, European, exotic, all superficial things that seems covetable, special and superior. From a distance her life must seem easier. And nothing like toss's.
Toss you do need therapy pronto. You can not be reborn into a beautiful hapa woman but you can still be whoever you are and nice, compassionate, reliable, and those are more important traits. Extend some of that compassion to yourself, forgive yourself for being whatever you are.
