Why can't I do anything? - I can't react to posts, I can't type in chat. What's wrong with my account?

I've been trying to just sticker react to a post for 30 minutes now. For some reason it's not giving me the option anymore. I thought I'd pop in the chat and see if they could help me, but I also can't type in the chat for some reason. Please help.
