Sleep.

After being severely depressed during my youth I can say that I can sleep whenever wherever however. Yes I can pass out on a whim. I can go to sleep in difficult positions in terrible environments. I saw a survival sleep position and tried it out... did it like nothing. I can even sleep standing. Although I can sleep while driving and have done it before.... would not recommend.
