Alright, now that I've seen a lot of FtM surgeries I think these are the categories:
- W I D E: For some reason, they make a really wide dick, but not very long. I imagine Minecraft Steve having a dong like this
- bean: It looks like the tiniest micropenis, barely different than a bit larger clit. I never understand why would you go to surgery for this.
- Gore: the ones with extra gore to them, the one with necrosis is horrifying
- meatloaf: normal width/length ration, but just looks like flesh growth
- imitation: has a normal shaft and tip, this one's shadow looks like a normal penis' shadow. Uncanny valley when inspected. Bonus: can grow hair on the tip, for extra pleasure.
