Thank you. That was a really nice video. If you want to do real science, you'll have to leave the gender bollocks behind.New 3D female anatomy model used to better treat women

When poor people commit crimes together you call it a gang. When rich people commit crimes together you call it a conspiracy. There's no cabal running the world just social trends politicians and oligarchs follow to amass power
Oh Jesus. I watched that show and kinda liked it, but the one thing that annoyed the crap out of me what that they did the 'women disguises herself as a man to be a pirate' thing, but after she was found out they kept calling her 'they'. Even though she is just a heterosexual woman in the show. Guess it was because of the snowflake actress. So there's a nonbinary actress, Vico Ortiz, on the HBO Max show Our Flag Means Death. The character disguises herself as a man after killing someone to blend into a pirate crew but is found out, and I think by the end she wants to be called "they" by the crew.
Cut to the actress claiming that top surgery fanart has now convinced her to get her real breasts cut off.

I've rarely been so horrified by the social element of all this.
Couldn't make it through the first episode it was that boringOh Jesus. Cutting off her boobs because creepy fanart suggested it...I don't know where she wants her career to go now, since she is not particularly attractive or even striking looking, nor is a she a good actress (worst actor in the show imo). I guess 'token enby' is gonna be it.
I hadn't read it before and I'm still laughing.Reluctantly rating this late, because it's pretty old, but it's a classic. Going into the bathroom for a cry? V manly
It's a presentation, the dude giving the presentation is part of it, nobody was focused on their own programming during his presentation. The international open source community is just infested with these kinds of people, and to be honest as cringeworthy and creepy as the way he dressed was it didn't really impact the topic being shown (it does however say a lot about him, but that's not the viewers problem), so the main reasons to complain would be because you don't like the lack of professionalism or think it's creepy, both of which are pretty tenuous as it is in these circles. It's quite tragic watching the FOSS community get so many of these people and bending over to accommodate them. Its a repost from earlier but it is quite fitting:He probably did not get much flak for his outfit because these guys are focused on their programming, as such they probably weren’t so much looking at Maurice, as they were being attentive and probably shittalking him over disagreements on Rust coding and implementation.
These nerds are really blunt and confrontational when it comes to that, but not such hot shit when having to address an audience on stage: I genuinely believe Maurice had those plushies to keep his nerves down.
Dressing as a man so you can go to war or to sea has historically been about escaping sex-based oppression, not genderfeels. I hate posthumous baptism, whether it's Mormons or the trans.Yeah, the first episode was bad and but the show picks up. I think most kiwis will hate the tweeeest though.
But someone loved this show. Have you ever just effortlessly existed, kiwis?

>accept that gender is fluid and individual and a construct
Sometimes girls would disguise themselves as boys to go to sea without getting raped (Dressing as a man so you can go to war or to sea has historically been about escaping sex-based oppression, not genderfeels. I hate posthumous baptism, whether it's Mormons or the trans.
And now I'm the kind of person who says "sex-based oppression," so I'm even madder.
It's worse. There was a non-binary piratewoman. She was a victim of child abuse.Dressing as a man so you can go to war or to sea has historically been about escaping sex-based oppression, not genderfeels. I hate posthumous baptism, whether it's Mormons or the trans.

Her mother had married a sailor and had a son. After her husband disappeared at sea, Mary's mother became pregnant after an extramarital love affair. Read's mother attempted to hide the pregnancy by going to live with friends in the country. Shortly thereafter, her son died, and she gave birth to Mary. In financial distress, her mother decided to disguise Mary as her dead son, in order to receive monetary support from her late husband's mother. The grandmother was apparently fooled, and mother and daughter lived on the inheritance into Mary's teen years. Dressed as a boy, Read found work as a foot-boy, and, then, employment on a ship.

Funny how “””inclusive””” language often erases women but never men. Really makes you think.
