I dunno. RRN has said that the people that are killed are all replaced by doubles to keep things going normally for the normies, but if Zelensky is killed and Russia still hasn't beaten Ukraine, it will probably raise too many questions as to why Russia is not declaring total victory.

It sounds like Sovereign Citizen nuttiness to me. SovCits believe, among other things, that the US is secretly governed by admiralty law (hence all the nautical references) because of the trim used on the flags in courthouses and birth certificates are used to pledge us as collateral to the Federal Reserve to pay the United States' debts. This is not a joke and plenty of SovCits even sell "how-to" seminars or guides on how to get out of paying any of your debts by "redeeming" your birth certificate. The only part I haven't seen before is the idea that all of this is somehow tied to Satanism, which the speaker probably cribbed from QAnon or Alex Jones. Before QAnon became a thing the super-secret villain behind all this was either not specified or just a cabal of Jewish bankers.
