Even if it dies in court or no formal charges occur, it puts a lot of stress on Ralph who is already beset on all sides with other legal battles. Its going to add pressure and stress which will encourage insane behavior from him.

Can she not be compelled to testify about things before the marriage? Like that privilege only starts at marriage, doesn’t it?
This says communications during a valid marriage, didnt a lot of this go down before they were supposed to get married?

So what? The fact is, something did happen. I doubt even Ralph would dispute this. It's pretty clear at this point that the only real question is whether it was consensual. Ralph, I assume, would say that it was consensual. But every piece of evidence says otherwise. Alice released hundreds messages showing that she had no intention of fucking Ralph. Consistently, over months, she rebuffs all of his advances and makes clear that she doesn't think of him like that. She also released DMs suggesting that she blacked out on the night in question. This corroborates what she said on Kino Casino—that she blacked out, and woke up to Ralph claiming she sucked his dick:
Sounds like her story is backed up by evidence. So of what significance is it that she once said "nothing happened?" Here's how it would go over in court—defense counsel would ask her about that statement, and on redirect, she would explain that she didn't want to tell everyone that she got raped by Ethan Ralph because it would be humiliating. Everyone in the courtroom would sympathize, and that would be the end of that line of questioning.
I doubt it. For one, her story doesn't have any material inconsistencies. But aside from that, the judge isn't going to admit evidence of Alice's whole sordid life story. It's going to be limited to the question of whether she's being truthful on that day, in that courtroom.
More importantly, I think you're underestimating the prospective defendant's unlikability here. Most juries would convict him on sight, before even hearing the charges. That sentiment will only get worse once they hear him talk, especially if they happen to hear any of his many incendiary diatribes. If Ethan Ralph is charged, he will almost surely be convicted. Bet the house on it.
We shall see. People were saying this about his revenge porn, look at him now. He's a convicted sex offender.

The way Ralph is freaking out about anyone saying her name and now trying to make her look like a whore playing clips of other guys discussing having sex with her comes off pretty incriminating. The latter can be seen as intimidation, the former, fear.

I think this is my favorite part of the whole story.
Even before any association with Ralph started anyone on this website who knew about Alice knew she was a dangerous weirdo that a reasonable person would run away from as fast as possible. When it became painfully obvious Ralph was trying to fuck her every other comment was, "look at this really bad decision Ralph is making he really shouldn't be trying to fuck Alice because all the reasons". Ralph also reads his forum constantly so it's not he didn't see anyone post this.
So when he finally gets what he wants and he gunts her face while she's black out drunk what does he do? He fucking tells her. He straight up cannot stop himself bragging to the one person he could brag to about it. Just imagine if a story like that came out about Warski, he'd never shut up about it. He also knows how many enemies he has. His stupidity never ceases to amaze me and this is why he is the Cow King.

Where did she say that? I try to keep up with her streams but I usually shut off 15 minutes in due to inanity. I'm unaware of any other direct lines of communication with her.
