He relies entirely on money from other people to survive; he probably watches tips trends like a hawk. When a whale can just up and leave at any time, even a downward trend of a few days is a cause for anxiety and panic attacks.

I guess it's just really funny that his response to this concerning downward trend (again, despite actually over performing so far this week on average) is to...beg way more (and obviously it's going to work anyway) 🤣

He either severely fucked up with his spending because it was his big boy birthday money and he drained money he needed for bills, or he received a warning from the tax guy about his tax bill and he was blindsided by the amount. Because he's an idiot.

He probably has a slight problem because begathons are no longer 'reasonable' in the $150/stream climate and have largely been phased out. If he's in a situation where he's going to have to beg hard, he may be concerned about blowback. But we're engaging in financial speculation. I'm sure this fevered begging while his income is actually up is none of our business. Perhaps one of Phil's former champions will ride to his rescue...

What he actually said in the past wouldn't even matter. There's nothing wrong with calling something gay or calling someone a fag when they act stupid. Its the fact that now he wants to pretend like it never happened and that he's an 'ally'. Its pure performance so he doesn't get kicked off of whatever platform he's on. He's right. He isn't 'God fearing' he fears cancel culture. And the deeper he gets into the 'I'm an ally of everyfolk' mentality, the worse its gonna be when someone sees a video like this and he has to answer for it. And the best part is he won't be able to go "I was a different person". Because he just said "I always supported the lgbtq". Oooh I can't wait for that day.

And keep in mind he was at least in his late 20's/early 30's during most of those clips. So for half of his life, it's safe to assume, he acted like an asshole. You don't change after all that time and certainly not in the whiplash way he did from early YouTube Phil to the Phil we see now.

There are a lot of reasons why Phil doesn't and won't ever understand the value of a dollar but him being paid daily is a major one.

When your pay cycle is a fortnight or month, budgeting is a necessity because your money needs to last until the next pay. Lets ignore the fact you should, where possible, be making savings because Phil doesn't have that word in his vocabulary.

Phil gets paid every day and has been conditioned to receive tips every day. So he spends like a drunken sailor knowing his next paycheck is a mere 12 hours later.

The ultrabeg on every platform is true (tax) bill shock.
 
If you offered Phil $1000 a day for the next 365 days or $175000 straight away he'd pick the latter.
It's kind of funny how his birthday/emergency streams work against him in that way, he's literally incapable of saving money and needs to blow it as soon as he gets it.
 
He's been streaming for 14 yrs. 14!!! His fans enabled this behavior and has kept his channel on life support for years. They've been doing this with no questions asked. I don't get why he needs to beg so hard like this. There are days he doesn't beg at all and hits tips goal. It's almost a given that the whales always come through at some point. Unless he knows for whatever reason the whales are slowly easing up on the large tips (I doubt it tho). We'll see Monday I guess.
