Unpopular opinions about food

Mozzarella is an inferior pizza topping to most typical cheeses you can put on pizza, like feta, parmesan, and romano.

In fact, outside of fresh slices on a good margherita pizza, mozzarella should be BANNED on pizza.
I think this is a quality and quantity problem. Mozz from most chains is low quality, cut with flour and agents (to help with consistent output and baking in a chain environment). Also, they use too much.

I'm convinced that mozz on pizza is for texture. I don't hate it, but it's such a bland cheese that only people raised on Kraft singles could actively like it.

But then again, the fuck do I know. My go-to pizza is shredded shawarma, cherry tomatoes, and feta with a green chili paste on a crust both dense and underdone.

Walmart's General Tso's chicken is really good. On the other hand, their BBQ chicken tastes like shit.

Asparagus and Zucchini's textures are a "meh" to me, I'll still eat them and I know of their health benefits.
I can only eat asparagus roasted and seasoned properly. Steamed asparagus is disgusting

Does remind me that asparagus season is coming soon in my area.

Check recipes on porkchops -> Everybody cuts off the "disgusting fat cap"

I guess I am a degenerate because that is the best part.

Muslims are right about pork. Ballsweat-tasting nasty meat from animals that eat poop.

I do like bacon though for some reason, maybe because it barely has any of its pork properties left at that point.

I like it both ways but steamed has to be absolutely perfect or it's terrible, and it is by itself so bland it really needs to be topped with a bit of hollandaise sauce. Roasting it you can visibly tell when it's done, although I like to finish with 30 seconds to a minute or so under the broiler.

Skyline chili is delicious and its origin is a fascinating piece of Americana. Anyone who says it sucks or who wants to go "durr hurr it's not chili" should commit neckrope
I think it technically isn't chili but I grew up having similar "chili" on spaghetti at fire hall things as a kid and it's fun to eat. Just grasp the idea that while "Cincinnati chili" might not be "real chili," it's still a pretty good pasta sauce.

Four way all the way, onions.
