These relationships might seem okay from the outside, but they weren't. When you read stories from older trans widows whose husband trooned out in their 50s-60s there is so often a history of cheating or straight up abuse before the troonout. And this guy is a self-obsessed prick who doesn't give a single shit about his kids, he certainly didn't go from being a loving father and husband to this. And look at troons like Dani (alcoholic, hates his kids) and Bryli and Erin, I forgot which one was the spouse abuser, it might have been all of them.
I guess with FTMs it might be harder to tell something is wrong since women can hide their craziness better, at least until it explodes.
