Through absolutely no fault of her own, poor dear little Dr. Anna once fell victim to a chronic pancreatitis flare - er, "flair" - that caused her to suffer in excruciating torment for nearly two years, Despite arriving at the brink of death, she was able to heal herself with a delicious juice-only diet she created all by herself. Praise be to Anna and buy her ebook, the link to which is buried somewhere deep within the broken hellscape of her perfeshinal website!

In 2018 I experienced the worst chronic pancreatitis flair I’ve had to date. It lasted almost 2 years and nearly ended my life. Thankfully, I managed to get it under control with herbs and diet changes, though I still deal with flairs every now and then. During the worst flair, I was unable to eat solid food for 5 months, and lived on juices only. This was NOT ideal…however, juices are one of the absolute best things for your body, and I firmly believe are the reason that I had as good of an outcome from that flair as I did.

This is one of my favorite juice combos I developed and grew to love during that flair. It’s a perfect flavor blend of slightly spicy, sweet, and salty, and is a potent anti-inflammatory. This juice is fantastic for the pancreas, the stomach (especially stomach ulcers, overly acid stomachs/gastritis, etc.), and the digestion as a whole. Give it a try and tag me what you think! Also be sure to check out my juice ebook on my website: over 60 amazing juice recipes for any taste and preference! While Anna acknowledges that a juice-only diet "was NOT ideal," in the next breath she credits her extended juice fast as "the reason that I had as good of an outcome from that flair as I did." She refuses to admit that her many problems were brought on by an inadequate diet, chronic laxative abuse, and exercise to excess. Everything she does is right and nothing is ever her fault.

One notes that she is posting in a number of health-related tags, none of which are ostomy-related. She certainly burned her bridges in that community.

Note that www.annasorganicslynchburg.com is defunct, and if you try to buy the ebook from her current website, you can't find it by clicking through the navigation tree in her online store. You either have to know the direct link or search the exact title, neither of which she provides.

This bitch. She's just going to be like that until she dies.

Última edición:
Show me in the Bible where it says sharing ebooks is a sin Anna.
And as I recall, Jesus had strong words for those inclined to mislead his followers - something about hanging a millstone from their necks and casting them into the sea. By limiting Anna's influence, we're only doing our part to keep her in good standing with Daddy God.

Semper fi to all are armed kiwis - if you think about it, we're heroes in a way.

God, this sounds like Office Space every time she says it. You have have to have seven pieces of flair, minimum!

She doesn't give juicing instructions. But even with my limited nutritional knowledge, I've heard people say: if you consume the fruit juice without the fiber, you might as well be on the Toblerone diet.

I'm sure her cranky panky loved these juices!

This bitch. She's just going to be like that until she dies.

Calories:

1/4 of a cabbage - 54
1 small fuji apple - 54 calories
2 stalks of celery - 20 calories

A full meal for a widdle girl shall never reach 200 calories - "Dr" Anna Johnson

In effect, raw celery doesn't even have that many calories because of the energy it takes to digest it. Cabbage isn't quite so much that way, but again, the calorie count might not reflect the actual value. Except for the apple, both of the other ingredients are typical restrictive eating disorder foods, not by themselves, because they have a perfectly good place in a healthy meal, but when that's almost all you eat.

I also doubt she ate even that. I wouldn't believe she ate 100 calories worth of something unless she did a minute long "mukbang" showing her actually performing such a horrifying fatty food orgy.

And of course, she didn't eat it - she juiced it.

Juice weirdos like to tell you raw cabbage juice is "surprisingly mild" and "actually tastes much better than you'd expect." They are either lying outright or have abused their tastebuds to the point they no longer perceive flavors like a normal person.

In real life, cabbage juice tastes like farts in a jar. Celery juice concentrates the vegetable's bitter notes and tastes like penance. That poor small fuji apple is doing all the heavy lifting to save this "recipe," and it is completely inadequate to the task.

So Anna turned a few cups of produce into what looks like no more than half a cup of nasty fart juice, which she almost certainly took a few sips and threw the rest away. And recall, Anna recommends buying spoiled produce at a discount to save money, so this is probably even worse than it seems.

Imagine the smell in her kitchen. Imagine the flies.

What are those pink and yellow bands on her thumb?!
Pink is all over her hand so probably just a reaction to being cold. Knowing Anna this could be an older photo she took right after exercise purging in below freezing temperatures. My guess for the yellow is Raynaud's, it causes the body to restrict blood flow to the digits in response to cold temperatures. I have family members with it and their hands look very similar after spending time outside in even mid-20s weather.
