Since a new appeal docket had opened, Mel's appeals now how two different case managers for each appeal:
I wonder, can Null file his demand for appeals fee before considering any inane filing from Mel that he filed for the first appeal into the second appeal, with barely any changes to save on costs?

I think he should file a motion to dismiss but that's a hip shot. I assume his lawyer will look into whether the lack of a required bond is jurisdictional or otherwise subject to a motion to dismiss or whether it's simpler just to wait for her to waste her time filing a brief and file a very perfunctory brief essentially raising more or less the same arguments the motion to dismiss would have.
I think the first option, if available, would save all parties, and the court itself, a fair amount of time, though. Silence from the court will be seen by Melinda as an invitation to file torrents of absolute nonsense continually as usual.

It's not. Clown Car Cunt just used that and her other random excuses to try to delay the hearing as long as possible and thereby drag out the lolsuit end date. She's made it clear since the beginning she was deliberately aiming to cost Null as much money in legal fees as possible. Fortunately the courts saw through her bullshit--what with her claiming she wasn't ready for the hearing SHE demanded to have--and are now just going to rule on the pleadings rather than humor her sov cit adjacent nonsense further.
