When my computer breaks, an engineer comes to my house the next business day to fix it. I don't have to book an appointment with a "genius" who'll send my computer away for a week if it's anything remotely complex that needs doing, and of course the hard drive'll come back with all my data erased.

This is a service that all the big OEMs offer, and it's a must for anyone who relies on their computer for work. She's wasting her own time and her colleagues time because she dogmatically sticks with Apple products. I used to have a mac and I said this to the genius bar when they tried to get me to extend my apple care and there was no onsite package. They actually told me there is no way any company comes to your house and fixes your computer.
