They think having "period symptoms except for the bleeding" (bleeding is not a symptom though, it IS the period) makes them somewhat almost like real women, except no woman ever complains about period symptoms if she doesn't get one (as in, the bleeding part). Pretty sure just taking your estrogen horsepiss HRT is NOT gonna cause the natural fluctuation of a real cycle, since they take a specific dose. It won't, because the period and it's symptoms come from the sudden drop in progrestrone which troons rarely take. They assume it's all estrogen that makes a woman a woman, but it's a whole lot more complicated than that. (Obviously)

Basically this. I mean, pretty much everyone has had sleepovers. You are hanging out with some friends, there's no school tomorrow, you stay late doing something and at times the parents offer to stay the night. You call your parents and it's chill. It's fun, but it's honestly no big deal, and I assume it's exactly the same thing for girls. If they did a sleepover ever, they got the full experience, that's all there is to it.
