It still says the case is open and the last current docket entry is the plea agreement. They haven't yet imposed sentence that they say, with the prosecutor asking for 2 years (deferred). It's pretty unusual for a judge to exceed a prosecutor's recommendation.

If they actually did already fully decide it, the docket should reflect that fairly soon. There are no current scheduled events, and I'd expect sentencing to appear as a docket entry. Also he (or someone) apparently paid $1,440. I don't know whether that's a fine or costs.

So if I'm not out of date or don't know something that isn't on the docket yet, he's pled to this with the prosecution asking for two years, but at least conceivably if I'm not missing something, he could actually get less or more.

So the judge could conceivably get a wild hair up his ass and sentence him to the max, or to a guidelines sentence more likely, but I don't think this is likely. I think we're looking at the 2 year DA the prosecution is asking for.

Unfortunately, I believe a DA gets dismissed at the end of the process, assuming he's going for first offender deferred adjudication under Ark. Code Ann. § 16-93-303. So unless he fucks up in the next two years, he won't end up ultimately a convicted felon, but the case is dismissed without actual adjudication of guilt.

I hope they at least take away his weed and Chad's gun (so @Winkleham can go murder him).

Man he really thinks he looked like a badass didn't he? You can tell by how he's making T-shirts of himself pointing a gun and one of his mugshot and when he "joked" that his crime was "kinda cool" in some tweet. You can even tell during the incident from his smugness that he thought he was being totally badass.
Him pointing a gun took no bravery or hard work, just a bit of edginess. It only shows he was too chicken to get in a fist fight, cause he knows he'd lose in that situation cause we all know he's a lazy fat fuck who never works out and probably would be out of breath in an instant.
He thinks him threatening an unarmed man with a gun somehow makes him look like the braver or manlier one. Frank was ultimately the braver one for still hanging around as long as he did if I'm gonna be honest and yet Boogie had the audacity to call him a pussy as he walked away lol.
But yeah keep thinking everyone thinks you're a badass because of this boogie lol.
 
I can't say I'm satisfied with the outcome, but neither will I say I'm surprised. As a concerned citizen, I was hoping our local judiciary would take improper firearm usage more seriously. But I suppose they have their hands full with the meth epidemic, the Mexican Mafia trying to move into town, and the seasonal plague of dumb college kids who inevitably wrap their cars around trees all over town.

My thanks to the prosecutor, judge, and court clerks for their hard work. IOU one (1) blowjob behind the Denny's.

I love it. Boogie, a real and true "empath" strung along by lawyers who get by (and get by well) through taking advantage of empathy to get what they need to secure cases (at least this is a skill I assume you'd have to have in that field). All the asspats he can get as long as he keeps doling out the cash. It's great.
