Jesus Christ this is some pathetic shit, I like how casually he mentions taking his own life in the video. I don't know that much about this individual but he really does seem unhinged and should be placed in a lunatic asylum ASAP, unless he is doing all of this for attention seeking behavior.
On the topic of youtube, one of the things that amazes me is that how few actual troon youtubers are around the platform, in contrast with twitter or Instagram where every 10th user or so is a troon. Minor PL, I have been interacting with Youtube as a website since 2008 or so. I have seen people come, people go, some of them even kicking the bucket, lots of people basically, but in my years I encountered maybe 5 or more troons on the platform who do videos. The number of troons is so low it's baffling, but it is to be expected. Troon youtubers do the laziest content possible and even then they post at long intervals, all the time bitching and moaning on twitter on how hard it is to be trans, loosing subs and attention to the channel, there are very few troons who get over the 100k subs. One of those I mentioned in this thread, that being Bizabizow. The troon in question also brought attention to other troon youtubers who should be kept under watch in one of his twitter posts. Most of them are nonbinary attention seeking fags but I separated the actual troon crowd.

i don’t know why you’re doubling down so hard on this. at my university there were multiple literature classes that had American-born Chinese and Maus listed as required reading literally every single semester. there was one that even had Ms. Marvel volume 1 listed for a bit. i know this because our bookstore literally printed out shelf tags for each book that was listed as required reading saying what class(es) it was required for.

Ever tried writing a story for kids? It's a completely different approach than writing for adults. Not just grammar and word complexity, but the flow is completely different. Writing for a visual medium like comics or graphic novels is another completely different beast. The artwork removes about 90% of the usual need for the writer to "show, not tell" but also pushes that 10% which is needed from important to absolutely vital. Scriptwriting is, again, completely and utterly different.
Any decent course that studies written language as a communication medium will use examples from as many different areas as possible.
