I guess they needed to, otherwise it would be harder to fish for Reddit gold. Even if it did get bombed, I’d still be more worried about hospitals and schools getting bombed over memorials, as more people frequent those places.

I would want a mass boycott of Chinese goods to happen, but only if more factories get moved here first. Otherwise, we risk not having valuable supplies (China manufactures a lot of the medical equipment and medicine for the US). If the US can start the process of moving more medical manufacturing to the US, that would be a great start (it would take a few years for those factories to be fully operational).

A Russian defense spokesman has said the Russians have so far suffered around 498 killed and 1597 wounded whilst claiming the Ukrainians have suffered around 2870 killed, 3700 wounded and 572 captured.

Take with a mountain of salt obviously given where the info is coming from but it seems more accurate than the Ukrainian claims of 5700 Russian dead.

This clip again. I am still confused about the gunfire. Sounds like it is outgoing and everyone on social media says otherwise. Also, why didn't fragments fuck all those civilians up. Not to mention that most munitions have black smoke after ignition, not white.
