Dramatic effect:
1.There's one he only uses during his Twitch streams where he'll take a sentence and repeat it twice for dramatic effect, but will throttle it a little slower when he says it a second time "And that's why I ate the whole pizza......and that's why I ate.....the WHOLE pizza"
2. The other one is the super obvious, it's when he does the high pitched whisper when he's saying a specific word to make it more dramatic.
3. The fake deep voice he starts off some rants with that disappears a few seconds into talking.

Lying:
1. He started using this one more and more on his TikTok videos and it bled into his other platforms, but it's when he scrunches his forehead and awkwardly looks side to side while having that "WTF" expression on his face for no reason.
2. To me the most telling one is when he has the awkward laugh he forces out to fill in any uncomfortable gaps in a story, like the time he said "You can't find the clitoris? Someone doesn't have a scalpel handy!" and immediately cringe laughs. He does this a lot on his Twitch streams and some YouTube videos.

There's also this "eh" sound he makes while doing a really exaggerated shrug when he's going all in with his passive aggressive nice guy schtick. Dude has a lot of weird manipulative tics that just make you wanna strangle him through the screen.
