It's an isekai, the protagonist was a gross thirty-something recluse before he died and he is reborn with his memory intact. He acts lecherous, but slowly changes. Funny thing about this show is that the main character overcomes his trauma and becomes a better person, but like what happened with Shield Hero and Goblin Slayer previously, they only focus on the small instances when something "gross" occurs.

Seems a bit off topic, but these cumdumpsters no matter their variety are always the bane of actual fandom.
