Discord is a glow op. Every interaction that literally everyone has on Discord is logged and catalogued. It would be very easy for a DA to get access to Ralph's real discord history from Discord's management, and I believe they've been caught eagerly helping law enforcement in the past. Since Discord is run by trannies who passionately hate people like Ralph, it would be even easier.
The only hindrance is the DA himself. If he doesn't care or doesn't take it seriously, he's not going to bother asking.

To be fair, I doubt Discord and law enforcement has the tenacity to chase up instances of petty violence spouted on that garbage Tencent-funded FED platform. Threatening people is a secondly passing time on Discord.
That said, Ralph is a convicted felon and if he gets labelled a flight risk due to his absolute piggery retardation, it's different.

It's been my belief that there's a very real possibility Ralph will become violent when he's broke, backed into a corner, and/or running from police. I think he would actually try to kill Josh if he came back to the US.
Fortunately Ralph is extremely incompetent and would end up hurting himself. God has great humor.
