Before 2020 the community around a person at risk would be happy to help make their lives easier but it would be accepted and acknowledged that non disabled people can do things that a disabled person can't. Now we are all expected to not do anything that a person at risk can't do and the person at risk is not expected to do anything to aid themselves. We will never have a society full of 100% able bodied people so that means none of us can ever live a normal life anymore because this planet will always be home to viruses.

Not sure why the talk is turned to cats, but I love cats but as you said stray cats have fucked up the population of many native species, especially in countries where cats aren't native. It's why I support Trap Neuter Return in all counties, it is the kindest way to stop the damage cats are doing to the environment and also has the effect of lowing the number of cats put down.

The neutering of pets is something any responsible pet owner should do however as we have seen with the mask/vax freak outs many of the population don't like practising self-responsibility.
