I think Ray, especially after the backlash he has gotten, is always trying to walk that fine line between sticking to his guns and staying sympathetic to his research subjects. The only reason he hasn't be driven out of medical research altogether is he approaches from a position of neutral understanding. He's said multiple times in the past that he holds no moral judgment over AGPs, but that he has yet to be presented an alternative hypothesis to the data he's gathered, or any actual data disproving it. As soon as he starts beating the (obvious) drum that AGPs probably operate like other paraphilic sexual offenders, he stops claiming to be sympathetic, and that would blow up his rather precarious position. It's sort of a miracle any research on AGP is still happening, given how against it Troons are.

Kind of off-topic but nothings lamer than this shit redditors love to do where they make threads about a specific post and include their own epic pwning of the shitlord in the screenshot. Like sure you have no social skills but you wanted to get the last word in so you took a screenshot as soon as you replied and ran off to your little ingroup so they could tell you how you won the fight. Very good. If you pretend hard enough the upvotes will feel just like your parents sticking your screenshot to the fridge.

Anyway it's rich that this person says "they don't care about us, they care about themselves." Makes you wonder about all the leftist movements that were torpedoed by narcissistic right-wingers who were given the authority to make the movement all about themselves.

Some contract work a few years back involved hardware installation at a high school, and I was rather disturbed to overhear (several times, among several different groups of girls) that many of them think boys their age are worthless and it's far better to go after older men. They seemed pretty enthusiastic about it. I'm sure some of it was just fantasy but seeing a few of them hop into cars after school being driven by men not quite old enough to look like their fathers was enough to convince me it wasn't all just hot air. And no, I didn't ask for details. I enjoy having no criminal record.

When I grew up we moved around a bit because my parents were in the military, and from about 6th grade onwards there was always a cohort of usually trashy girls who would hop into random cars with 30 year olds or lose their virginity at age 12 to a 19 year old. I imagine they were molested as kids or allowed to run wild without supervision.

Doesn't make it right or healthy (for them, the men they're "dating", or society), but it's not a sign of the end-times that some girls are loony sluts.

The art sperg is funny because once you stop scribbling tumblr blobs and start drawing real life models you can't help but notice the difference. And it especially shows in good artists who push the limits and can draw tall buff women that still look like women and skinny ass men that still look like men.

AFAIK, Blanchard is actually advocating AGPs to transition and seem to support them more than HSTS who he seem to not want them to troon out. Based on a lot of his previous claims and 'Man Trapped in Men's Bodies' which is his collaboration and a hypocritical 'self aware' troon Anne Lawrence... And regardless how self-aware he is, he's still a pervert that is abusing the system because it allows him too.

The thing about self aware troons and Blanchard is that, you're still compromising sexed spaces and uses special legal rights. Society is still expected to call Anne Lawrence a real and honest women even if he has sexually harassed women before.

No it is not hard to tell what sex a skeleton belonged to! They just don't always bother to try when doing archeology, because the associated items also give a clue. But male and female skeletons are not the same at all. Skull, Ribcage, Pelvis. Those are all extremely easy to determine sex for, even if the man and woman are the same height!

One thing I was wondering, for any kiwis here with more knowledge of prison statistics, is whether trans women explain a weird quirk in the inmate surveys of sexuality in US prisons. The 2012 survey showed that gay men were incarcerated at roughly their proportion to the main us population (little bit higher), but that gay women were about 8 to 10 times more common in prisons than in the main population. That seems almost impossible to me, but I've never seen anything that tried to link sexuality and trans status for "women" respondents. Because either the US criminal justice system has some sort of extreme anti-lesbian bias that isn't evident elsewhere, lesbians are some sort of recidivist super criminals, or AGP troons (offending at male rates) are waaaaayyyyy skewing the statistics:

Interesting, I know him more from the HSTS side where he advocates against transitioning and trying to support the person instead. I didn't realize he was pushing AGPs to transition, though I know overall he is very sympathetic to them.

Maybe he has the coom brain too...

Well according to Lil Nas music videos, every guy in the prison is getting their cheeks clapped.
 
I did a minor archeology certificate while finishing my real degrees, and as such as I had to take an osteology class. And man, that was the hardest class of the whole program.

The only thing that WASNT difficult was identifying male vs female skeletons. And I'm not even talking full skeletons, but we had to determine sex based on fragments or singular pieces too.


It wasn't like our professor just made an educated guess and judged us based on his opinion. Our samples came from about of 100 bodies donated to the university, whom perished in India after a massive natural disaster. They were donated while still being identifiable human beings, so it was quite certain who was male and who was female.

Blanchard's gay, fwiw. He was actually the first outspoken advocate for AGPs transitioning. There was still a culture of semi-gatekeeping TIMs who had histories of transvestic fetishism even into the 1980s. Not that they didn't deny it anyway in order to get their mones and surgeries.
