I guess you could be a very very pale-skinned high yellow but that's really pushing it, even with lighting issues. From that picture I would assume that you were of white north or east European ancestry. However, I understand that in America even people with very negligable African ancestry are consisdered "black", regardless of skin tone. Do you have any pictures that show your facial structure more clearly? African ancestry as marginal as yours can still be visible in the facial features even if your skin tone is a few shades too pale to be South European.

Oh, that's bullshit. No one discriminates because they assume someone is a bitch. I'm not walking into a store and going, "DATS RACIST!" I shop normally just like everyone else and I keep to myself.
