Well, at least you've seen some Quentin Tarantino movies, so that's some points in your favor. I still need to see Jackie Brown myself, I hear it's really under-appreciated. I fucking adore Django Unchained.

No? It was a funny movie.
I like a few QT films like Kill Bill and Inglorious Basterds, oh and Pulp Fiction.
But Django is my favorite. I also don't watch a lot of martial arts films, but I did used to love the Rush Hour movies.

The Nutty Professor is regarded as the beginning of the end of Eddie Murphy's career. As far as movie remakes go it stands on its own very well, but it would start a cycle of Murphy starring in some absolute garbage comedies, with each successive film somehow worse than the last in an attempt to recapture TNP's runaway success. TNP in particular was Murphy at his most clownish. It's a fun movie, but high-brow, it ain't.
Also, in regards to Django, who'd you rather: Django or Schultz?

I've only watched the two Nutty Professor films, Coming to America, and the Shrek films with Eddie Murphy. However, I don't really know many films. I'm sure I saw more, but just can't remember the names.
