Oh, absolutely not. I don't know where that moronic idea came from, that men only feel orgasm in the genitals - I'm guessing a man-hating woman. Speaking only for myself and TMI - orgasm seems like a burst or release that starts in the brain and immediately becomes just a full-body great feeling that lasts-5-10 seconds but with a feeling of well-being that lingers. At orgasm, all the muscles in your body feel great to flex, feel, exercise for that brief window, 5 seconds. In my 50s I find my legs especially go rocking like a jackrabbit in a way I'd find comic and embarrassing if I saw it from afar.

I told you TMI ! Long story short: anyone saying that men only feel orgasm in their genitals is a dolt who doesn't know what they're talking about. Conversely, talk of missing those super-erotic hourlong full body orgasms by this sad FTM Ayden here sound like wistful mis-rememberings and longings. I do recall reading very long ago that there may be an evolutionary/ biological advantage for a woman's orgasm being more of a knockout- keeping them horizontal so sperm has an even chance to travel, as opposed to if they immediately got up to walk and gravity made it harder. But, just a theory.

And, even when I was a teen so very long ago I wondered: trannies who go under the knife pretty much forfeit the ability to orgasm, right? Orgasm is a rather complex biological event/ process that mangling your genitals would seem to complicate that. And I recall reading "true stories" from trannies in the 80s that said, "basically yeah". No orgasms really. It's really fucked up that this seemingly common knowledge has been erased and that naive people are LIED to about this: troon out and SRS and say goodbye to anything like orgasms. But the whole trans movement denies/suppresses this- no wonder 95% keep their dicks, but encourage others to chop off theirs. Evil.

I think it's likely that the testosterone caused the trans man's clitoris to engorge and changes the way the nerves were functioning. Testosterone does not help men with ED or trouble orgasming, so there's no reason to believe women taking it would experience male orgasms (especially since women don't have a prostate to stimulate for ejaculation). Sexual pleasure definitely functions differently between the sexes, including things like how the sympathetic nervous system reacts and how long endorphins are released afterwards. It's a really complex phenomena that obviously doesn't respond well to having hormones played with.

As @Dromedary said, I think this is another way trans people are lied to by the system. Some trans people are able to experience orgasm afterwards, but I have looked really hard and I literally cannot find any evidence that trans women experience orgasm or even a lot of sexual pleasure from intercourse. The only way they seem to be able to orgasm is direct stimulation of the "clitoris", which is usually just the penis tip, so the place with the most nerve endings anyway. For AGP, this is probably fine as that's half the point of the surgery, but if they are expecting to be able to enjoy actual PIV sex, then they are being lied to.

(I realize that many women do not orgasm from PIV sex alone, but from what I've read for trans women, the act is often (or almost always) painful and unpleasant in the way a dilator is. So it's really not analogous to female sexual pleasure in any way)

Definitely possible. I just know that the clitoral tissue responds strongly to extra testosterone in a woman's body by engorging and growing larger, because it's derived from the same tissues that generated the penis in men. So it could be that yeah, new stimulation it would not otherwise get is dulling the clitoral nerves.

Yeah, I like how in a competitive environment, the only stakeholders that matter are the "trans and non-binary" athletes, and not any of their competitors. This is a great example of the way some of this language they use just slips and shapeshifts. A stakeholder is anyone with a direct relevant stake in the outcome. When it comes to something like trans medicine, you can argue that the people who have a direct stake in the outcome are just trans people themselves and their doctors (though I would argue that, as with other mental illnesses, families and loved ones have a stake too). When it comes to trans people in sports, they are not the only stakeholders! It's just become another buzzword meaning "poor oppressed baby".

The idea that women are the only ones that have earth-shattering orgasms is a myth troons love to propagate. The thing that always floors me is the hubris of the doctors enabling troons. The more you learn of the complexity of the human body and human development, the more insane something like SRS seems. It's an obsession with the body combined with a total lack of respect for it. Plastic surgery in general is kind of iffy. Obviously it has its place in helping with birth defects and accident victims and the like, and more debatably with age and personal desire. But remember the tiger dude? That type of extensive body modification is on some level... evil, in my opinion. The person being operated on is mentally sick, but the doctor doesn't have that excuse. Same thing with trans women, who's "mental anguish" apparently matters more than men's even though, since men commit suicide at 4 times the rate women do and there are a shit ton more men than trans women, way more men will kill themselves in a given year than trans women will.

E: There's obviously a danger of whattaboutism, since different groups do experience things like poverty and suicide at different rates and for different reasons, but things like poor white people or male mental health are treated like punchlines in the modern online left. They are treated as unimportant and a joke. This is where the claims of "compassion" on the part of twitter leftists is such a joke. They dehumanize just as many people as a hardcore Nation of Islam member, they just pretend its about human rights.
