Could the pandemic cause an "immunity crisis" at some point?

As we all know the past couple of years mask wearing and indoor public places like stores etc. sterilizing everything like an OCD nutcase has become commonplace. Exposure to some bacteria is important to keep the immune system running healthy. Could this cause weakened immunity on a mass scale that will lead to actual problems with other diseases down the line?

No shit it will, especially with a lot of autoimmune problems that are going to show up magically. The only possible positive is that the evolution of antibiotic resistant bacteria may have been slowed because this was/is a virus panic, though I'm sure a few people thought that taking some would somehow protect them.

I'm more afraid of the attitude this sets. The conspiracy theorist in me says this was a plandemic but with a twist; not the goals everyone thinks, or at least not just those, but to have us not take the next plandemic seriously and then MASSIVELY reduce the population and implement a true "new normal" swiftly.

By itself?
No.
All the anal retentive cleaning, and "booster's" will though.
Don't get me wrong, I do not like a dirty environment but obsessive cleaning I have seen is not good either.
Keeping a clean home and yourself is important. I find simple things like not wearing shoes indoors helps immensely.

Hand sanitizer set this ball into motion decades ago.

Well that depends.

There were shut-ins prior to the Chinese Virus.

Were those people documented as immuno-compromised?

No. The only link that has ever been established definitively between an overly sterile environment and pathology is excessive use of bleach in the household environment and the development of allergies and asthma in children under the age of 12.

The "Hygiene Hypothesis" is still being clinically investigated for links to peptic as well as duodenal ulcer risk, and the risk and severity of crohn's disease/ulcerative colitis

I do agree that overemphasis on cleaning yourself every five seconds is probably not a good thing, but hand sanitizer that is just mostly alcohol isn't that bad of a thing to use sparingly.
When did Big Sanitizer get to you? Was it worth it? Did it feel good?
