Sounds like her therapist tried to be as kind as possible about losing weight by framing it as a positive choice she'd make in order to conceive and the fragile beast took it as badly as possible. She could have just been told "listen fatass it's almost impossible for you to conceive unless you drop 100 lbs".
I know that infertility is heartbreaking for any woman who struggles with it. I know normal-weight women under age 35 who still had to resort to IVF in order to have their kids, and it was a difficult road.
Because it gives them the sadz.
They only agree with science when it agrees with their narrative.
I expect she got some hard pushback from the former friends she publicly slagged for ghosting her. I like to imagine they've finally told her what they really think of her, and who she's choosing to become, and how they don't want to associate with that shit.
