kek ... TSA precheck. It's worth it if you travel a lot for the time saved at airports that actually have (and staff) it but it's got a lot of caveats. For instance, it's not a magic "get out of screening free" card. If they think you're suspicious you're still getting pulled aside, precheck or not. You're not immune to their random selection policy either. Sometimes I breeze right through in under two minutes, but sometimes they'll spend twenty minutes pawing through my backpack before they turn me loose on an unsuspecting concourse. And I'm boring as fuck.

Not every airport even has precheck in the first place (or it's never open). Las Vegas' McCarran International is notorious for this. They'll begrudgingly let you keep your shoes on if you mention precheck, but that's it. You're still waiting in line, emptying out all your electronics into plastic bins and going through the body scanner like everyone else. Then they bitch about you wearing your shoes anyway once you finally get to the scanner. Fucking cunts.

I notice there's not a single link to (or citation of) any source to back up these claims whatsoever. Thankfully I'm not a britbong and maybe that's just a teabagger thing but I have never once in my life ever encountered (or even seen a credible report of) a razor-backed sticker placed anywhere under any circumstances. It's as credible as the old "apples with razors in them for halloween" urban legend is. Nobody does that shit (either one). What would be the point? It's not like you'd be peeling stickers off with your eyes closed and you really can't miss the shape of a razor "hiding" behind a sticker on account of stickers being made of fucking paper.
