You're not imagining it. I noticed earlier that her hairline is really far back. This is probably due to the fact that she's blacklisted with all the local popular stylist in the area, and even the ones who aren't well known don't even want to bother with her (probably because they won't be paid and she's a huge bitch), so has to resort to a tight, high ponytail. I've also noticed that when she does braids, they are extremely skinny for a woman who claims to have thick, voluminous hair. So it's not a stretch that she has used hair pieces and extensions when she was actually relevant.
That second photo was from the Bloom Chic event, like 6 months ago or less. That seems like an alarming difference for such a short time.

It could be hormonal, but I’m willing to bet that it has more to do with Botox and fillers than anything else. Botox smoothes the muscle, which visually lengthens and extends the forehead. The higher the hairline, the fresher the injections.
She may be deficient in a couple of key vitamins and nutrients- the beige diet isn't exactly nutritionally complete. I'll bet she eats very little fibre, and her exhaustion may be compounded by the very common vitamin d and omega 3 deficiencies.
There are a few non-cosmetic applications for Botox. I had a relative who got it injected into her bladder to help with a urinary issue
