🎨 ArtcowBenTheLooney / Ben Tannehill - Drawing porn of little cartoon girls is no way to go through life, son.
Holy shit this takes me back to the old days of fucking around with a creator to piss him off. What fun days.
The shit he is doing now though is absolute trash. And his animation needs serious work. Literally every single character looks so bad it makes me want to gouge out my eyes. Showed my art student friend his "animations" and she nearly tied a noose.
Damn, he really needs more years of study into animation.
People like Ben are living evidence that the "just draw everyday!" advice every beginner artist is given when they ask for advice isn't fool-proof. If you never actually study or make an active attempt to improve, you'll never get better, no matter how much you draw... Hell, you'll probably just get lazy and start getting worse. That seems to be what happened to Ben. It's sad.
Artists like Ben just keep drawing the same things they like over and over again mindlessly thinking their skills will improve eventually over time. In reality, artists like that stagnate and get worse because they're not thinking or being critical about what they're doing. If they do improve their drawing skills by chance it's never as good as the artists who improve just by studying the fundamentals of art.
Yes. All of them watch kids shows exclusively to make porn of the characters, just like Ben. That's fucking cow behavior right there.
Also I'm really kicking myself for not archiving Ben's Shadman video. That entire "artist spotlight" series was just him gushing about people who make porn of kid's cartoons.

Cancel him how? Ben's a total nobody. The most attention he gets online is from people like us laughing at him or random deviantart spergs who actually enjoy his shitty porn.
His ranting days are long over, most people have forgotten him as he keeps spiraling deeper and deeper into insanity.
The MS Paint=equse fill tool lines are going to send me into cardiac arrest. How can you draw digitally for years and not know how to fix that?
I really hate the way he draws black cocks between asses. It looks like they're pushing out a turd. Not to mention I keep thinking the undies are diapers. People who jerk off to this (who am I kidding, it's just Ben hopefully) need to be curbstomped.
He really has gotten worse over the years, and its a bit disgusting to see all of this. Ben's a bit of a hypocrite on the smut he's doing on The Loud House. I could be wrong but i think he criticized the creator's behavior towards women, except he's drawing this shit. While we're on the topic of shitty art. I think I found his butt buddy. I keep seeing this guy's name on Ben's page and guess what the art's shitty as Ben's.
Ben's story makes me more and more depressed as the years go on. He's an "artist" who can literally never ever improve and only regresses year after year as his brain focuses more on the sexual appeal of tits and ass, the detail of which that has rapidly degraded to fucking circles in MS paint. That green robot drawing has no thigh or hips attached to her ass. She just has two disgusting bulbous spheres connecting to nowhere and Ben's mind is so far gone that he actually finds that hot.

I think people get confused when they hear this advice. When someone tells you that you should try to draw everyday, they don't mean to draw the EXACT SAME WAY everyday. You should analyze each drawing you make, look to see if there's any difference between yesterday's piece and today's piece, and then work on the aspects you would like to improve on. Of course your art skills aren't going to improve if you just mindlessly draw stuff with no real goal and set intention on what you want to change in it. Much like a certain other artist that is pretty similar to Ben in terms of art skills and coomer art obsession...
My point exactly...
The guy can't even bother to draw the wind himself and used that shitty pre-made focus line in Clip Paint Studio....
Besides that, does he confuse animatics with animations? Literally all his "animations" are just jpegs that he probably uses the move tool on to animate them.
His 2016 animations aren't any better but at least they're not animated 1 frame per second.

You know it is horrifying to realize ben's older animations were more animations and some were more fully realized than his current ones and how much his coomer life style and his friend enabling him has genuinely ruined his career.
Yeah the 2016 one looks like shit but it made sense because he was just starting out and some like the first two weren't that bad.
Now the rest of it looks like shit don't get me wrong, but compared to the stuff he makes now, it is just an obvious decline in both skill and passion.
He no longer colors most of his "animations," anymore, and his newest reel barley even moves.
These are key signs people in the industry and clients look for is seeing the range of your skill in both the variety and quality of the works presented.
They want flexible people who they can put on whatever position they need to fill and know the job will be done and that what the reel is suppose to show to them.
It is why art schools make their students do so many assignments because it to better their portfolios to increase their chances of getting a job because the art industry is really that competitive and a reel is just an animator's version of that.
He lacks both variety and quality in his 2021 reel that no one would ever take it seriously because visually alone it looks all the same and it is very padded out. (reels should be summaries no longer than at most 2-3 minutes as they are ads for yourself, and no one watches ads longer than 3 minutes let alone 14)
Only one part stands out and it is when he colors one segment, but click anywhere else in the reel and nothing really stands out.
Heck you could probably trick someone to think it was just one long animated short than an actual demo reel, that's how visually distinct all these "animations," are from one another.
Which is sad because the beginning two animations from 2016 aren't really that bad and show some promise because this is the kind of stuff you will genuinely see from beginning animators in school.
Even though his school is gone, if his brain wasn't so coom obsessed, he could have actually made a really good foundation for himself if he took what he learned and kept building upon it.
If he ditched the 2d and focused on the 3d by using blender at home, he might have actually done better and made a decent career for himself by now because his reel showed he understood the fundamentals better for 3d than 2d and was able to make more consistent structures with that than with his drawings.
If he focused on that he might have actually been a really good 3d artist by now if not just a straight up a good 3d animator.
But instead now ben is animating worse than some 14 year olds on youtube making fnaf animatics with as much range as a tone deaf opera singer.
We all rag on ben's art and animation but he isn't the only one who brought this horror show we see now into the world.
I remember even seeing on this thread his own friends keep saying he doesn't need to change or listen to criticism when genuine people warned him about this years before.
Now we all get to see what that coddling and enabling that coomer mentality did for him, he has now lost any skill he gained during that class, and is worse than when he started animating at that school making his time there even more worthless than before.

Ben had some potential over the years. Honestly if he didn't have this coomer brain and such, if he practiced with his anatomy in art he could've been pretty decent. Too bad he wasted it through years by being lazy and all this horny crap.
