So some news about the greatest German cultural export (we suck):

- Drachenlord was sentenced to 2 years in prison without probation in October 2021
- He went into appeal and his new court date will be in March 2022
- March 2022 is end of the line for him and if he is sentenced again here (what will likely happen) he will HAVE to go to prison for 2 years.
- Rainer also recently sold his house and instantly wasted the money on a Ford Ranger

Also: He sold his house for a pittance, so the car most likely swallowed most (if not all) the money he was left with after paying his debts.
He has not yet found a new place to stay and is supposed to move out by January 5th.

For a few different crimes actually. The biggest one was for punching someone in the face with his flashlight, then he threw a brick at someone (apparently hit in the arm/shoulder causing a decent injury), then libel (because he said some specific officers come late on purpose and are not doing their jobs).

Since the judge actually didn't give in to the 2 year + 6 months jail + a fine demanded by the DA (she gave him a sentence of 2 years + no fine), the DA as well as Drachenlord are now appealing.
(Although the DA waited to announce until Rainer appealed the ruling).

The decision of the DA, to appeal as well, also may have been influenced by Rainer streaming right after the trial (same day, or next day) being very unapologetic about everything. He did the whole broken record thing he always does (loosely quoted): "It's not my fault", "I am only defending myself", "the DA said this and that which is full of crap" etc., which was a pretty bad idea. He wanted to get ANOTHER probation (for which a 2 year sentence is the max. sentence) and was playing it up, how he was now totally different and he wants to change and how he acknowledges what he did was wrong etc.

It was already unlikely that he would get another probation, but the judge actually had him called before the court to make him a deal Chris-Chan style ("teflon-retards"). He only needed to stop his YT shenanigans to show promise in actually being worth the try to put him on probation. But he flat out declined, didn't even try to make a different proposal (since YT is where he makes his money).

He already was found guilty of (I don't know what would correspond correctly) assault/battery two times. For the first he had to pay a fine (smashed car window with a club and injured the driver with glass shards), for the second he was put on probation (peppersprayed someone from behind the safety of his fence "in self defense").
The probation was of course ruined by the following attack with his flashlight. So the accumulated sentence will be close to 3 years I think (not counting in the DA appeal).

The next trial will be in late March, so it will be interesting to see if he is still squatting in his someone's house then.
If he is, he can kiss any pity the court would have had for him goodbye I think. He would have more than proven that he is not willing to change at all.

We don't know any details except there's going to be a hearing sometime in the future, but chances are that the guy who failed literally every requirement of his earlier probation sentence and committed another couple of infractions during his probation, which he went to trial in late October for and appealed for a re-trial in March, committed yet another crime mere weeks after being sentenced to 2 years in jail. And this guy is still convinced that the others are responsible and that the law is on his side.

Concerning his housing situation: We don't know what the fuck is up with that exaclty, we only know he's still living in the house that he no longer owns and should have moved out yesterday. Maybe the new owner wants to allow him to stay in his house until the re-trial in March (or whenever he goes to the clink in August/September), maybe he'll have him expelled rather soon (early February would be the soonest possible timeframe to have Rainer removed from the Moldsconce). It's reasonable to assume that Drachenlord has to pay a hefty sum while he stays in that house as compensation, though.
If he still lives in his dump by the time the re-trial rolls around, the judge is going to have a field day, since that conclusively proves that Rainer has no intention of keeping up his end of the bargains that they made (like that wasn't abundantly clear already).

There is no official information, but the most likely buyer would be the municipal government it seems. It could be some soulless corporation that realized real estate is rather cheap in that little town (gee, wonder why) and once the big nuisance is gone, you could build housing for commuters that work in the closeby city of Nuremberg.

The municipal government has denied buying the Schanze, but a somewhat trustworthy newspaper claims so.

We'll see if they allow fatty to stay in his moldy castle until he gets thrown in jail or if they'll remove him sooner. Stay tuned!

tl;dr: He pretends his internet is gone before revealing that his internet is connected via underground cables and can't be cut from the outside. He then very thoroughly gloats about how awesome he is, how stupid the Haiders are and dares them to try and cut his Internet again.

Of course, this most sacred of places was quickly incorporated into the official route of pilgrimages and people from near and far gathered to take a gander. This also attracted Rainer in his mobile dick replacement Ford Ranger, who quickly took to the crowd to share his wisdom:



This is him shouting at people incoherently and throwing a large stick at them. At the end of the video, someone throws an egg, which he surprisingly catches.

He then turned around and waddled towards his car prompting this:


It takes his lizard brain 2 seconds to realize his car was struck by an egg and then go into full-blast tardrage mode. The egg-flinging mongoloids then tried running away through the fields, but lo and behold, a pissed off Rainer, shouting that he's going to kill them, squeezed himself into his Pickup and chased them over the field... and got stuck.



It took him quite a lot of effort to get it out again... while also getting pelted with more eggs, apparently.



Keep in mind, this guy has been sentenced to two years in prison over assaulting people with a re-trial pending, yet has committed another assault on December the 4th, threw bottles and jars at people a month ago (again: Assault) and now used his oversized car to threaten people while shouting incoherently about ripping them apart and gutting them.
Oh, also, whoever owns that field can also sue Rainer for property damage I guess.

And all this shit is going on while KF is getting DDOS'd. :c

You could try to unearth the videos which had handcrafted subtitles made for Streamer/Youtuber Boneclinks to get him into the game, which then triggered Rainer to "speak english". Those are also older than Count Dankula's account, but since they are original material they are of course more interesting...

I wouldn't know what to search for though.

The videos usually have "for boneclinks" "subtitles for bonclinks" etc. in the title, so maybe you can find them.

There used to be some website which posted English-language updates and even had a wiki full of redlinks. I think it was a spinoff of that "Altschauerberg Anzeiger" website. I'm very impressed how Germans try and spread the word on their national lolcow. This thread should have a link to a post in the international forum where Null featured the thread after his recent conviction in exchange for the Germans writing in English to explain the guy with a good timeline.

Some Germans I've spoken with seem to think he's been treated unfairly by the haiders which looks somewhat true but let's get real, no one truly treated unfairly is driving around in a Ford Ranger in a muddy field trying to run people over like they're a pack of Michael Snyders.
