But still if he raises the issue, the boss should say she is only comfortable with women during boob time. Him being none binary isn't women so she isn't disrespecting his gender identity with this.

He's complaining about not being allowed to hang out during breastfeeding. If she says "women only" he'll just switch from defining as non binary to defining as a binary trans woman and then she'd have the same issue.

Late replying to this, but it’s autism. There’s a whole lot of undiagnosed female autism in the library world.
I mean, it’s so appealing. The order, the classification systems, geeks and nerds welcome, computers, the quiet… if an environment could be tailor made for a certain type of autist, it’s a library.

Apologies if I missed it and feel free to rate me late but I'm surprised nobody mentioned how even Lia Thomas's own teammates don't support his shit. (mobile fag here, sorry if my formatting is off.)
I know I'm preaching to the choir but there is no reason a man should be allowed to compete alongside women, especially in an individual sport where a fraction of a second is the difference between 1st and 2nd place.

I swim competitively, that shit is my life and so I'm especially infuriated seeing this shit. Swimming, like any sport, requires sacrifice. You sacrifice sleep, your social life, ect. If he really gave a shit about his sport, he wouldn't have trooned out. He would've put his love for the sport above whatever desire he had to cut his dick off. Either he doesn't give a shit about a successful swimming career, or he cares so much that he was willing to ostracize himself just so he could dominate over everyone else.

I empathise with you, I really do, and anyone who thinks there's any semblance of fairness about this are either lying to themselves or have never played competitive sports in their lives. It's frankly maddening to see him talk about how he thinks it's fair.
You don't even need to be involved competitively to notice the difference, I've played in recreational co-ed contact sports and the gulf between men and women are extremely huge in terms of physicality. You would easily see a middle aged man with a beer belly shake off a fit, athletic woman's attempts at grabbing a ball away or something, and that's just a biological thing.
If anything the Lia Thomas situation definitely seems to have peaked a lot of people, considering that media outlets like WaPo are running stories/op-eds denouncing him.
Just read the r/swimming threads on this issue, everyone's stepping on eggshells. You can sense it.

Jesus Christ, this makes me genuinely mad. Barry was forced to pretend to be a man in order to become a doctor. It was literally illegal for women to be doctors at the time.
Also fun fact she was not the first person to perform a c-section successfully. She wasn't even the first woman to do it. A Scottish midwife had done it some time before Barry, but as she was not a doctor (because she was a woman) the medical community at the time dismissed it as a fluke. This was why Barry didn’t want people to find out she was a woman btw, she feared that her accomplishments would be dismissed the second people found out she was a woman.
