I think Labelle is being extremely presumptuous. There's tons of reasons kids would stand in that line, most of them not involving the child's gender identity. Maybe they've just been bullied by the kids of the same gender in their group and just don't want to hang with them, or they're friends with the kid you're saying is a gender or whatever.
I do get what this comic is trying to say at least, so a step in the right direction maybe.

It reasonable to think that some youth(I'm think 12+) MAY have gender identities outside the binary. I would expect that most really young Trans* children (from what I read) are MtF or FtM rather then non-binary (I somewhat question non-binary gender identities I don't think doing things that aren't gender normative makes one a different gender BUT if people choice to do so that ok by me).

While I don't think she's actually a pedofork (she seems to like older men if I remember) she still clearly doesn't understand when she's crossed the socially acceptable line and comes off as a creeper.Why do I have the horrible little feeling that she became a teacher in the first place just to be near them?

I don't see Labelle as the type to go full pedofork. I do, however, see her as the type to wind up defending herself after providing TMI about her trans issues/sexual kinks/masturbation habits to a classroom full of children, under the guise of "they need to know and shouldn't be embarrassed about their (i.e., MY) sexuality."
It's a subtle but important distinction: it's not that I think she'd corrupt a child, she'd just make way too many assumptions about what they do and do not need to know. Sadly, both roads go the the same destination.

There is a very good guideline on what to teach children concerning all matters between a human's legs: Don't tell them stuff they do not yet want to know.
Sadly, SJWs have a tendency to disregard this maxim. They are so adamant about their message that they consider it necessary to carry it into kindergarden. A good example might be this children's book: "Our House", written and illustrated [in MS Paint] by some SJWs who belong to the wider circle around Professx Lann Hornscheidt who is the inventor of the "Latinx" gender-neutral spelling. Said children's book exists exclusively to teach children about sexual minorities.

I remember pretending to be a power ranger when I was a kid, not worrying about conforming to the patriarchy or whatever the fuck. If I was worried about anything it was that I'd be stuck as the blue ranger and not the ultra cool green ranger.

Really, Sophie? Because I could argue with any given part of this comic, but I'd LOVE to hear you justify claiming that "EVERYONE" gets denied an opportunity because of a gender role. I know a lot of men who have gone on to be very nurturing parents and caretakers, and a lot of women who go on to have profitable careers or perform advanced STEM work.
It's not about gender. It's about not making shit decisions with your life. For example, giving up a steady job to write a hack webcomic.
