Fun fact: This person's facebook page has a public friends list, so I played a game where I skimmed the list and tried to guess which of them were TiFs solely from the trendy first names they had picked.
Result: despite being hungover, I only lost once (the man was called Kyle, which in retrospect is probably not trendy enough for TiFs)
The final person was the only one who was difficult to clock immediately, but there is a particular way of posing for selfies (and a version of the AGP head-tilt) that all TiFs do, and that inspired me to go back and look for earlier pics (I was right).

Having a middle name in your Facebook name is such an immediately obvious FTM thing. I know one real guy who does this but it’s because it’s actually a two part first name. FTMs do this because they’re just so proud of picking out a name (which is always from the Top 100 popular baby boy names of the previous year, never the year of their birth.)

Adam Soucie (@TransCinderella / 'Alexis Soucie' / the AGP who is 40K in debt but can't stop buying LEGO) got no asspats at all from one side of his (adoptive) family and decides such a terribly private matter is perfect content for his pity party of a Twitter timeline;
Now how could it be that his adoptive father's family finally got fed up with Adam? It wasn't the fact that he let his fetish tear apart his young family. Or the fact that he narc rages on the regular. Not even his financial irresponsibility. All of that has been going on for years! Ah, maybe it was the semi-lewds he posted (per my previous update) or his unnecessarily and unsollicited opening up about his kinks for the whole world to see on Twitter. The full list of answers is in the archive, with the absolute worst answer being Adam likening himself to a Chinese fingertrap that needs to be filled. A Cantonese version of Olly London, if you will.
It delights me that the only real reply he got to all this was from a middle-aged chaser inquiring about threesomes. Nice engagement with your audience you got there.
He also tried to inflate his follower count by baiting them with potential further smut (but only if a completely unattainable goal of some 300% growth in the span of a week is reached). He did so by posting another .gif of what I assume to be his favourite sitcom character. This is off-topic, but the more .gifs I see of this actress, the more I start to wonder whether the whole reptilians-wearing-skinsuits thing might actually be true.
And finally, because his shit-tastic Trans issues / LEGO cringe YouTube channel still isn't taking off (which is no wonder considering most of his 115 subscribers have been guilt-tripped into it via countless Twitter rants), Adam has created a separate account for his building toy. The Trans channel will continue to be called 'TransCinderella' (YouTube) but the new LEGO channel?
Get this; mixing troonery with LEGO clearly wasn't working, but because Adam's personality is mostly about his inability to be a true and honest woman he still feels the need to force the issue via the name of a dedicated LEGO channel. Transparent light blue is an actual colour that LEGO parts come in, so it's not particularly original either. First video's up and Adam's asking to click that 'Subscribe button' but I think I hit the downward-pointing thumb on accident.
Adam expects his channels to grow to the point where they sustain a Patreon to the tune of a 100 USD per month, but with the obvious amateurism involved in filming as well as the woefully inadequate host being on full display, I really don't see it happening.

Nurses have seen all kinds of shit. Unless your whatever is really gross or the nurse is fresh out of school they aren't going to be amazed by your whatever because they've seen better today and they'll see worse tomorrow. Additionally, those kinds of comments on a patients sexual organs if they were to happen (there are shitty/dumb nurses too) violates all kinds of ethics codes because it could be considered sexual harassment/abuse of a patient.
