What I want to know is, what was all that shit about people dropping dead in the street?
It's been known for a while that,
if covid gets into your blood stream (instead of just hanging around in your lungs), it can potentially cause massive, systemic inflammation issues due to the way the spike protein interacts with vascular cells in particular. The effect is worsened when your body is already suffering chronic inflammation, which is why the disease favours fatties and old people.
Sudden heart attack is often the result of acute myocarditis. Stress increases the risk further.
The Chinese, with their fucking awful diets and the toxic environment they inhabit, already suffer low-level, chronic inflammation across broad swathes of their population, so anything that feeds into inflammation - as covid does - will find it much easier to get a foothold and cause the more outlandish outcomes. With China's enormous population, it was inevitable that someone would catch film of a person suffering the most extreme, least likely result of an invasive covid infection.

if it gets that far, then you're likely going to have some nasty shit happen. That if is important, though. The vast, vast majority of people never get more than a lower respiratory infection, which might be severe enough to develop secondary pneumonia. That's the most common cause of death from this disease. The heart issues and general inflammation are actually pretty rare, even when you have a very severe covid infection.
Remember though, all of these severe symptoms are caused by the spike protein specifically, rather than the virus as a whole. The spike interferes with normal cell operation and generates an inflammatory response by its actions.
The mRNA and adenovirus vaccines are designed to induce your cells to produce spike proteins exclusively. A cell that is producing proteins will express them on its surface for the immune system to examine, but it will also be making more copies inside itself all the time. If the immune system tells the cell to kill itself, which causes an inflammatory response by its nature, all those spikes will suddenly be floating around in your body and infiltrating other cells as they're designed to do, which will cause an additional inflammatory response. Each cell affected by a spike will signal to its neighbours that something is wrong, inducing further inflammatory effects.
To sum up, if you covid gets past your lungs, it can (And almost certainly will) cause inflammation because of the way its spike protein interacts with your cells. This is quite rare due to the fact that, for most people, the virus can't make it past the initial immune response in the lungs. Taking the vaccines instead guarantees that the most toxic part of the virus will enter your blood stream, bypassing the first-line respiratory immune response completely. Practically everyone who takes the vaccines will suffer some level of inflammatory response after each dose, which is why so many report severe flu-like effects, while each additional dose is rolling the dice on suffering one of the more severe outcomes.
Again, given my own personal issues, the risk of a systemic inflammatory response is just one of several reasons I refuse to take these vaccines. The fact that they don't even stop transmission or infection is another, as I'd be rolling the dice for no reason. The fact that coronaviruses mutate faster than a politician's principles makes them even more useless.
