The cherry on top for me is that, once again, we're all drawn to the undeniable fact that Phil is absolutely terrible at speaking. He's bad at saying words. Something he thinks he's good at, and wants to do more of.

His whole chat saying he said "nigger" on stream must burn his ego a bit. Even his more cucked fans are like "it was an accident" implying they heard him say it too. The guy fucking sucks at talking and it triggers him so badly that he can't pignosis that part of the incident.

Will the pig try to pigroach luck into BoA to cover his gambling habit? Well, on the bird app, other detractors are surmising that Phil is using Burnell Productions as a front to cover his gambling addiction, so he can write off the gambling losses as "business expenses." There were talks about reporting Phil to the IRS for tax evasion, but if there's one thing you don't do, it's fuck with the U.S. government. Report Phil if you want, but know if the IRS finds out that you're filing a false report, you get in trouble. Because if you're filing a report against someone lying on their taxes, they require your SSN and other personal information to process the claim. They're not stupid. They take down cartels and other shithole 3rd world governments for fun. I digress.

Back to my previous point. Do I think Phil is that stupid? Yes. Will he do it? I doubt it. Here's why: someone that's clearly mentally ill will spot the trend in BoA, another detractor of course, and do an investigation into his claim. They'll notice a trend that he authorized everything and will deny the reimbursement, and protocol will go into effect. Phil will lose, cry foul, and go "Uh, I did nothing wrong, guys! See! I told my bank and they fucked me over! I told them that it was identify theft and they told me 'No! Fuck you!'" *Snort* "See? I always get screwed, guys!"

If you look at form 3949-A you can see that you don't have to include your information. You would need to know the person's SSN you are reporting and if you don't include your own information you won't get the reward. Screen Shot 2021-12-06 at 5.44.44 PM.png
I doubt he's fucking around with the IRS though I don't see any reason to report him. All that business expense stuff was only discussed because of his bankruptcy hearing.
