I wasn’t meaning to imply that Digi’s designs were inspired by Trish’s or even greatly resembles them, especially as far as reworks of the previously purchased drakes. The shared elements are all fairly generic things to furry dragons - furred, flat faces, cheek/mane/tail fluff, single set of horns, protruding fang, flat tongue with a notch in the end, The colors and stripes/speckles on the Corbin design reminded me of some elements I’d seen on past Trish designs, which even though that might be the case, she can’t claim copyright infringement on those things alone. There aren’t any of the “special” things that make abyss drakes drakes on these, like the stupid raptor claw she thinks only she can have on her anthro dragons, or the throat hollows she lifted from lockjaws.

Digi went and took the stripes off anyways, so there’s that.


All Trish is doing is nitpicking, as usual. Artistic freedom is hers and hers alone and everyone else is just jealous and copying her. (I also remember her trying to claim ownership over butt feather tufts wrt Kisu and veil drakes in that same time period, but I can’t be bothered to dig for it).

Guess whose Facebook profile photo matches that choice. Not that she hasn't already doxxed herself to hell and back as being SpaceDrakes, it's just more to throw onto the fire.

The brand of hair dye that SoftDilo used says it washes out after 10-12 washes, so either these photos are post-bleach and pre-dye, or this is more recent and the color has washed out and we just can't see her roots, etc. The lower part does look like it could be the faded pink color I see when I look up older pink ombre dye jobs. Bonus sparkly Instagram face filter to make her look better.

I doubt this image is intended to be taken seriously, but with Adi's notorious cat hatred and admittance on her LizardLogics account as well as mentions from other (questionable) sources that she bragged about shooting cats it really makes me wonder exactly what the fuck is going on with the Maraldis. This is the only photo of any cats on Dawn's account, despite Trish mentioning in older livejournals that they did used to own them. Adi's mom posted photos of loads of other animals, including many of their own dogs (claiming some of them are "purebred half wolfdogs" despite that being obviously not the case lol) in completely mundane pet pics, so why the cat(s?) weren't included apart from this shot seems a bit odd to me.

Dawn titled a lot of her photographs with "EOS", after the type of camera she was using at the time (Canon EOS Digital Rebel) and it also seem strange that the same years she was uploading those particular photos (2012-2013 approximately) were the same years that Adi had that alt account with the gay black lab sona, Eos. I am willing to believe this is a massive coincidence though.

This is a poem written by Dawn supposedly during a divorce with one of her exes, possibly Adi's dad. Nothing really special here except she seems to be just as prone to melodrama as Trish is about breaking up. The last two lines though mention it was written duing a "very ugly divorce from my physically and verbally abusive ex", almost verbatium the way Trish talks about all of her ex boyfriends whenever she has to bring them up.

I'm increasingly of the opinion that either the apple really fell right down from the tree, or this account was some kind of e-larp.

It's possible, but I believe the account is genuinely her mother's. Even though Adiago was caught arguing with a sockpuppet account of hers on the Gaia forum years upon years ago before.
Back when Adiago was still operating under the handle Sevva-Phoenix, she claimed in a comment on deviantART to another user that she left her dog Lily with her mother and that her mother supposedly abused her dog. Her mother saw the comment and came swooping in to rip Adiago a new one, calling out her lies and claiming that Lily damaged her own nose tackling the crate she was periodically kept in because Adiago never trained her. Additionally, Adiago basically dumped her dog on her mother at her own convenience when she was chasing tail or looking for a new home and also took several thousands from her mother to spend it on nick nack like an expensive Mustang car she really didn't need and pets she got that then never were heard of again (probably sold again when the novelty of them wore off). Among those pets were leopard geckos and ferrets in special bred colors.
Unfortunately I do not possess the screenshots and Adiago has hidden all the comments on her Sevva-Phoenix user page since, so it's "source: trust me bro" but I have been watching this trainwreck from the shadows for long enough to remember.

I was wondering when Trish would try and slap the "thief" label on Digiphage for also having fairly generic furry dragon anthro species. That time is now.

This time, her excuse is that she knows this is thievery because of the previous purchase of abyss drake designs, and renaming them to some made-up name that also starts with an "aes-"? (Aestrecian vs Aestharii) And she's still dying on that hill that since she liked Farscape first, only she is allowed to use the name Aeryn for her OC. I don't recall her giving two shits about any of the anthro furry drakes Digi was designing back when they were still friends. Digi has gone and cleared out their twitter and FA of their dealings with Trish and a lot of the art I had to scrape from the onion archive of Digi's gallery.

idk, Trish, I'd say Digi is entitled to do whatever they want as they're not forcing anyone to pay hundreds upon hundreds of dollars for leasing a design that can be repossessed at the drop of a hat, and be used as harassment fodder should the "leaser" decide to make anything remotely resembling the design later on. Let them play in their own sandbox.

The "Aestrecian drake" term has been used by Digiphage at least an entire year ago, according to the timestamp on this FA upload of a secondary sona they designed. The onion archive for their FA places this at December 27, 2020 - before the falling out with Trish, who didn't say a damn thing and if anything was praising the changes made to red Rika that Digi had just purchased and uploaded. This was on her now-locked twitter and Digi has deleted the original posts, but I do remember Trish mentioning liking the horns.

Trish has posted a new piece on her Patreon, but judging by the color pallette and title I'm pretty sure it's just this piece again rather than anything actually new.

In the meantime, Softdilo has updated her Twitter icon.

She also did a lockscreen for someone and it reminded me a lot of the Fern one, of course.
