Huh, I wonder if it might be productive to, on dating sites where you’re not allowed to be honest and say no troons, perhaps you could there say “wholesome vanilla lesbianism only, no kinksters or other degenerates” because that would exclude 100% of troons.

the fact that you see more transgenders that don't have any form of body dysphoria than ones that do tells you all you need to know about the trans 'community' today

me personally I don't believe being transgender/having dysphoria to be a mental illness in of itself, but it's the reaction to having it that brings on illness. one might have it and become clinically depressed due to knowledge that they'll never be the sex they want to be (hence the suicides), the other might go into a state of psychosis, deluding themselves into thinking they absolutely are the sex they want to be and having people disagree sends them into a real breakdown (also hence the suicides). the latter is the case you see most often and it's the one which is encouraged by psychs and posers, disgustingly. it's like if psychs prescribed manic depressives with a gun and said "yaass queen listen to your heart"

don't hate the schizo for being a schizo, but do purge the ones encouraging it and the ones trying to act like a schizo because they want to be le based and redpilled funnyman terry davis
 
During yet another awareness week, id like to point out how flawed and pointless it is.

Society has decided that disparities in outcomes for certain groups are due to moral failings, which exist due to ignorance. So it makes sense to them to simply run campaigns to educate the ignorant, which somehow will address disparities.

This is called the Knowledge Defecit Model.

This model can have the opposite affect, and increase stigma.

For example, having a schizophrenia awareness event at work risks employees interpreting colleagues behavior as possible signs of mental illness.

The more you raise awareness, the more these groups get noticed.

But disparities arent always due to ignorance. I am very aware of trannies and dislike them. Raising my awareness further will just reinforce my dislike.

Gender dysphoria is defined as a mental illness.

The difference between a personality quirk (or a religious belief or any one of various ways humans differ psychologically) and a mental illness, is if it affects one's ability to function successfully in society.

If someone believes in supernatural stuff (or UFOs or conspiracy theories or anything else), but otherwise they're socially functional, we don't call that a mental disorder. If they can go to work, ride the bus, pay their taxes without freaking out or causing a problem, then that's just a belief. (And in fact, a constitutionally protected belief in the US.)

Gender dysphoria, on the other hand, only exists when their gender beliefs are so bad they experience extreme distress. This extreme distress leads to functional problems, which is why it's a disorder.

If they aren't experiencing the distress, it isn't dysphoria and it just falls into the same category as any number of ordinary dumb beliefs, like reincarnation, astrology or crystal healing.
