They don't have to try to win every.single.point. The judge has been ruling in their favor almost since the beginning and not the prosecution. Of course this is a shit case to begin with but still.
This was something important though, and the defense massively fucked up.

They really want media clips in closing?

Jesus H. Christ it's a courtroom, not a ratings based media platform.

Fucking imagine being convicted because a CNN editorial. :stress:

The one saving grace in that decision is that the jury will look at the blurry mess and say: What dafuq?
This is kind of where I've been at when people talk about the defense not doing anything. I feel like the prosecution has been doing enough damage to their own case. Why interrupt your opponent when they're making several critical errors?

is Kenosha full of so many niggers?
It has one of the lowest black populations in the US outside of Alaska. It’s quite literally the Whitest place in the Nation. Total non white population is something like 10%. That includes Blacks, Hispanics who think they aren’t white, Asians, Native Americans, and Jews that think they aren’t white. The other 90% is White People, Successful Asians and Latinos, and non oppressed Jews.

Kenosha is also one of the most alcohol drenched places in the nation.

This is not a critical error, it's actually a gain by the prosecution.
