M855 is fmj, and it's usually one of the cheaper options. Plus the 62 grain bullet works better with some twist rates. If you have an ar, odds are your either shooting 55 grain m193 or 62 grain m855. I believe the m193 had better slightly better wounding characteristics, but it's a relatively moot point.

The moment the crossecution got him to admit that he had a gun, lied about it in his civil suit, pointed said gun at Kyle's head, and that's when Kyle separated Gaige from his own bicep, that civil suit was over.

It was frivolous and shaky at best to begin with. Suing the city and county for yourself getting injured when voluntarily driving for like an hour to go riot was never going to hold up to scrutiny.
