No kidding, it's tiresome to watch these people swing back and forth. I have not much experience with how court shit works, but clearly neither do they. Some of this shit is tedious, some of this shit is risky. Kyle taking the stand was a calculated risk and it played out perfectly. Their expert is blowing Bingers frame-by-frame bullshit to bits.
