Why the Prosecution claim Kyle was pointing his rifle is B.S.

Today, the prosecution introduced photographic evidence that they say suggests Kyle may have been pointing his rifle but I will challenge these claims.

Here is the photo that was introduced into evidence, unedited:

The same image with Kyle grip of the rifle IF the prosecution claims are true.

Analysis: The prosecution suggest that Kyle was pointing his gun by placing his LEFT HAND on the grip and his RIGHT hand as support.

Note the right handed grip of the rifle:

SUMMARY: The prosecution alleges that the photos show Kyle is pointing his gun in a left handed grip. That is the LEFT HAND on the grip and the RIGHT HAND as support. However, looking that the photos provided, Kyle is CLEARLY right handed. MOST IMPORTANTLY, is the sling and how it holds the rifle to the body. The gun is slung below Kyles right pectoral. This allows for the rifle to come to position easily for right handed persons but it would be extremely difficult if not impossible to work against the sling and get the rifle into a left handed shooting position in the time depicted.

These people really don't get that the problem here isn't "white supremacy" or "structural racism". The system is working as designed. As in the system is protecting Kyle's rights and presuming him innocent, while the slimy "possibly" lying prosecutors desperately attempt to prove his guilt in what should be a clear case of self defense. Not because he's white, but because he's an American.

They're raging and saying he should get railroaded like they think he would if he was black or whatever, while not understanding the problem is that he should go free even if he was black.
