Ah alright thank you. But to be fair when has prosecutorial misconduct ever been a concern of Binger?Lawyers are not allowed to bring up those kinds of things. And this judge seems the kind to inform the prosecutors their time just ran out, sit the fuck down.
LMAO someone named the Jew so she set the tweet to people she follows only can reply.

Exactly, as I said I'm a bit of an autist and I knew what the prosecution was going for, so I was able to spot it. If the jury had zoomed out this day because of how boring it was, then they won't give a shit and would be like you, they won't know what to be looking at.They were presented without comment. I wouldn't know that without you telling me.
He already knows he's on incredibly thin ice. Everything since his big fuckup s he has made sure to not cross the line.Ah alright thank you. But to be fair when has prosecutorial misconduct ever been a concern of Binger?
Pros is arguing that if Kyle pointed first, that means he provoked, and therefore it's not self-defense....Maybe I'm just an exceptional individual or something, but I still don't get why these pictures are relevant at all. Regardless of the fact that they're fucking incomprehensible collections of blobs and look like something an AI spat out, lets say that one of those blobs is Kyle and he's pointing a gun. What changes? How does that make any of what he did not self defense?
"normal jewish people"damn it must suck for normal jewish people to be under the JEW stereotype lol
Which, as a matter of law, is wrong and is why their attempt to put in "Provocation nullifies self-defense" is laughably not gonna pass.Pros is arguing that if Kyle pointed first, that means he provoked, and therefore it's not self-defense.
I think the idea is that if you provoke someone and they attack you, it’s not really “self defense” anymore because you were sort of the aggressor in the situation. But it doesn’t matter for the case if the person he was pointing a gun at wasn't one of the people he shot, since he wouldn’t have directly aggravated them...Maybe I'm just an exceptional individual or something, but I still don't get why these pictures are relevant at all. Regardless of the fact that they're fucking incomprehensible collections of blobs and look like something an AI spat out, lets say that one of those blobs is Kyle and he's pointing a gun. Unless he chooses to dismiss, unlikely, we won't even know if they were filed.Do we have solid evidence on when the motions for dismissal will drop? Before closing statements is all I personally know.
I want to be janny for some reason. please vote
Smart but lazy in all forms of his life. Are we really surprised that Kraus has poor self control? Thought you’d be able to tell that just from looking at him.
