...Maybe I'm just a retard or something, but I still don't get why these pictures are relevant at all. Regardless of the fact that they're fucking incomprehensible collections of blobs and look like something an AI spat out, lets say that one of those blobs is Kyle and he's pointing a gun. What changes? How does that make any of what he did not self defense?

Is social media talking about the images? I have no social media.

:story: LMAO someone named the Jew so she set the tweet to people she follows only can reply.

lmao she also posting about the case via facebook.

Kraus made me absolutely livid. He has temper and no self-control, he gets visibly angry when he doesn't get what he wants.
It seems to me they aren't used to being actually challenged. It's a high-profile case with defense that has access to good resources and stamina to see this through, and at the very least that exhausted them.
Judge allowed prosecution to do too much shady shit. He shouted at them, so what? It didn't result in fucking anything. They still got to pollute jury, like when he held Kyle's right to remain silent against him, and didn't even explain to jury why that was wrong or reprimand prosecution.
I want these motherfuckers to burn. MATI!

They were presented without comment. I wouldn't know that without you telling me.
Exactly, as I said I'm a bit of an autist and I knew what the prosecution was going for, so I was able to spot it. If the jury had zoomed out this day because of how boring it was, then they won't give a shit and would be like you, they won't know what to be looking at.

The prosecution is using a blurry image like a Rorschach test. Show people some blurry bullshit and tell them over and over again it's someone pointing a gun at a person and they will eventually see it.

...Maybe I'm just an exceptional individual or something, but I still don't get why these pictures are relevant at all. Regardless of the fact that they're fucking incomprehensible collections of blobs and look like something an AI spat out, lets say that one of those blobs is Kyle and he's pointing a gun. What changes? How does that make any of what he did not self defense?
Pros is arguing that if Kyle pointed first, that means he provoked, and therefore it's not self-defense.

Do we have solid evidence on when the motions for dismissal will drop? Before closing statements is all I personally know.

I think the idea is that if you provoke someone and they attack you, it’s not really “self defense” anymore because you were sort of the aggressor in the situation. But it doesn’t matter for the case if the person he was pointing a gun at wasn't one of the people he shot, since he wouldn’t have directly aggravated them
