I do not believe anyone testified to what was in the photo. Can they allege it's kyle raising his gun on closing?
I don't see why they couldn't say "we showed you Kyle raising his gun at the end of court last week" Hoping to taint jury memory. Remind them how hard the defence fought to keep those photos out of court. "Well they must be damning if defence tried to hide them"

But then defence could just show those photos on rebuttal lol

I would laugh if the defense's closing argument was 30 seconds long: "You've seen the video. You've heard from the witnesses. Even the prosecution's own witnesses state that Kyle didn't shoot at anyone who wasn't battering him, grabbing for his weapon, or otherwise threatening him with death or bodily injury. That is self defense, and the prosecution has not proved anything to the contrary beyond any reasonable doubt. Thank you."

Are we still talking about:

Thanks boo. I try to remind myself twitter isn't real life lol. I spazz about hudnres of likes on the craziest of posts then realizes hundreds of people are a fucking nothing in the grand scheme of things. Maybe we'll get a retrial or a federal trial and have much more fun together!
also remember trannys spend alot of time online addicted to the website called Twitter. The people that believe if they chop their dick off they are female are the ones showing up the most.

I would give them 45 minutes max each--including rebuttal.

You've either made your case or you haven't. Closing arguments is alternatively called "summation." It's not supposed to be "the trial, part II."
Here's the thing, this can be abused if they know the jury has checked out. The prosecution goes first, let him drone the fuck on leaving enough time for rebuttal.

Defense keeps it short and sweet, making the jury love them... and a rebuttal can not bring up anything new sooooo.
